So basically I've been working for Carrington Academy since 2010. I did take a hiatus for a year and half because my husband got transferred out of state and I hated leaving the place that I loved to work with and all my parents and kids, but I had no choice. I came back in April of 2018 and I really have no reason to leave. I love my principal and all the teachers that works there are amazing and we have the best parents and the most amazing kids that I have ever known. I have been working with the infants for 9 years and been with the babies since we opened in June 2018. Love my babies and the parents and my co workers in the infants/toddlers. Wouldn't change anything.

The staff is awesome and leaves an everlasting impression on you from the very 1st moment your child enters the school until their graduation day. My daughter has been attending since January 2022 and she has loved every minute of going to school there. She has grown a love for school which shocked me cause in the beginning she only cried everyday, now she has to know is today a school day or not school day. When she started, I was asked what I was looking for in a school? I said not a babysitter, but a place my child will come and learn and that she has done throughtout her time there.

The…read moreteachers are not only warm and attentive, but they also work with the children -- so beautifully, creating an environment that is both calm and deeply nurturing. We especially appreciate the care and creativity they pour into each lesson and experience, making every day meaningful , engaging ,and fun. Our son comes home happy and excited about his school day, and that joy is a direct reflection of his wonderful teachers. We are so thankful for countrySide and feel fortunate to be part of such a thoughtful, wellrounded community. We know our son will look back on his time here with fondness -- and we will, too.

It immediately felt safe, and I knew right away it was somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving Letty. Ms. Hanne and Ms. Anita showed us around and encouraged Letty to explore and try new things. It was so nice to see other adults believing in her abilities. And as soon as Ms. Hanne took out the guitar and began to sing, I knew there was no other school for Letty. Ms. Hanne -- you are one in a million. Your passion, patience, and joy in teaching children are both impressive and inspiring. What a wonderful and meaningful life you've created for yourself! Cheers to you, and to your many years ahead.

I don't write a ton of reviews but want to leave one for my daughter's school. She has been a…read morestudent for 2 years and is now 5 years old and she absolutely loves her school. Miss Andi, her primary teacher, is a rock star. The whole staff obviously loves the kids and go above and beyond. My daughter has learned so much. She is way ahead in reading and writing and truly loves to learn. If you're looking for a great Montessori program for your child, I highly recommend Four Seasons.

This school needs improvement in multiple areas... I would suggest that they get better quality and…read more better educated staff. The staff are not very understanding to typical toddler behaviors and become easily agitated. My son came home saying he was a "mean kid" and that he learned this from school. This does not represent the "Montessori way". There were other issues as well... Some forceful nature with potty training, over crowding in classrooms (18 students from ages 2 to 6 in a room with 1 teacher and a part time assistant), high turn over in staff, poor handling of discipline, ridiculous policy for "sick child" (I was made to leave work and pick up child on multiple occasions for low grade temperatutes or "loose stools" ... Child was not sick and even verified multiple times from pediatrician), and lastly poor attitude time and time again from staff members. I even had to explain to the director on several occasions how the teacher spoke to my child and even to my husband and I as the parents. I would never recommend to send anyone's child there. I am usually one to write positive reviews, but this experience was sad and could have been prevented. We also gave several chances and spent over a year trying to make this work.
