When I tried to contact them to cancel the camp within their cancellation period, the phone only rang and did not go to a voice mail. After a couple more attempts I e-mailed them and finally received acknowledgement that they would cancel her camp and issue a refund. After months of trying to contact with them asking for an update on my refund, I was only given excuses and was constantly told that the person responsible for issuing the refund was always busy and could not talk at that time. This place is a scam and I would never trust the care of my child to them.

In addition, there's a Fall Break Art Camp for grades 2-5, where children will experiment with a range of media including watercolor, acrylics, and collage. As I walked through the space, I was able to watch artists at work and enjoy the current gallery exhibits on display. The atmosphere was inspiring and welcoming. Adult fall classes--running October 6th through December 13th--are also available, covering both visual and ceramic arts. Each class is taught by individual instructors, making it approachable for students of all levels. Best of all, online registration makes it simple to sign up. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that such a wonderful resource has been right in my neighborhood all along. It was a great experience, and I've already registered for pottery classes--something I'm really excited about! I appreciate how accommodating they are. There are so many swim instructors/staff working. The staff are very warm and caring. There is a huge window/seating area to see the entire pool and my child feels reassured since he can easily see us. The facility is very clean and has many changing rooms, restrooms, hair dryers, etc. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. My almost 4 year old has been going to weekly classes for the past few months. He was very scared of the water before, but since starting the classes he is less fearful and seems to enjoy it now. Depending on the day and level, there could be anywhere from 1-4 kids in a class. Although, I wish they would cap the class to 3 kids so there is more time in the water, I still think he is learning a lot. We will see how long it takes him to make progress and will post an update.

The family run small business ran without missing a beat, kept the kids engaged and corralled, parents were able to mingle (except during the kids vs adults dodgeball game), and all the kids left nicely tired and with smiles on their face. The assortment of sports and games was great. Equipment in good condition. Plenty of space in the first floor of the mall. Easily able to get things in and out if you park back on the lower level and cart whatever in. Nice sized area to bring pizza and cake and drinks for the kids. No booze allowed, adults! The family set things up and cleaned up. The family could not have been nicer, chill, and attentive.

Joana the owner, is very interactive. Second experience was a girls night with a friend and our daughters. Again, Joana was very interactive with the entire group and although the painting was a little more advanced, she made sure my 8 year old kept up with the rest of the class. The most recent experience was by far the best; my daughter's birthday party. Something I would highly recommend for mother's of kids that love art. Joana was present , but another instructor led the class (unfortunately I cannot remember her). She was excellent as well, and very patient with a group of jumping, cheering girls. Painting was done in stages with breaks for snacks, happy birthday song and opening presents. Everyone loved the party and I received many compliments from other parents. Well worth the money. Just an FYI they also offer art camps. I plan to enroll my daughter soon :)
