This place is huge. It was a lot of activities to do for all ages if you ask me from toddlers to teens to even high school kids just a day of fun. The staff was pretty much all high school students, which is pretty good because who know kids better than kids sometimes in certain circumstances. We had a party room for about two hours. The food was a no go for me. Absolutely they had pizza not too sure what else was on the menu because after the pizza issue, we weren't no longer interested in seeing what they had to offer at this point we just wanted to play and eat cake that we brought in from an outside. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here. It was very clean a good way to tire the kids out.

There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

The Steam Lab and H20 rooms for my toddler and baby make this a great place to have a play date in Buford, especially on a Thursday when they are open until 7 pm (other days it's 4 pm). I didn't take pictures because of other children around, but whether your kids have high sensory needs like mine or you just want the option for indoor or outdoor play this was great for the kids to get to run around outside too. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. He was manning the bar AND busing people's tables, getting their checks. Props to him!
