My child has been in these angels care for two years. I am a single father, work a blue collar job as a plumber and my child gets more than just "adequate care". She receives nurturing, love, attention and education. Quite frankly, i need a dose of that nurturing and love every now and then. I can come in dressed for a meeting or grizzled and unshaven from a rough week in the field(leave muddy boots in the car) and i am treated with the same level of care. Its not "mr wood", its mike and i prefer it that way. This is child CARE, not boot camp. I previously had her at another AMAZING facility@ the Goddard School, but the price was nearly double and she receives the sane small class size, they do homework with her and play with nifty tech, cant imagine better care. Chris is awesome- every month we have cool activities at night, game night, a Sadie hawkins dance, the fall festival, trunk or treat(complete with haunted house) and most recently the holiday show(teachers had a bit in it too!) Im grateful she was much more concerned with the children in her care than impressing a potential employee...if you cant wait five minutes at the door as a security measure, you don't have the patience for kiddos.

They are very involved with their students, and have all kinds of activities! A few weeks back they had a fall festival and a drive in movie where they even made little box cars for the kids to sit in. They just had Trunk or treat and that was a blast and my kids loved it! They are even having a thanksgiving feast! Mrs. Jennifer is my sons Infant teacher, she is so awesome! River is always a happy boy when I pick him up and they always have something to write on his daily sheet, letting you know what he did that day and how he was acting and how he ate. I love being able to keep up with that! My Step son has also just started Crimson and Mrs. Ruby is his teacher. After 2 days of him being at Crimson, he came home saying yes mam! Which of course I try to remind him to say but he likes to tune us out like any 2 year old! He gets so excited when we walk into the school and the first thing he asks in the morning is if he gets to see Ruby today. When I pick him up he is always so excited, he loves to show me around his class room and show me what he did that day. So I would day Jaxx also gives Crimson a thumbs up!!! The school also has themes that every class participates in this month is medieval times, and they have already started decorating with the kids crafts and pictures around the school and halls. I love it! I honestly can not say enough good things about this school/ teachers/ and management! This is a wonderful place to be!

Ms. Kimmy and Ms. MiMi have really be great - always caring for my son with a passion and being willing to talk to me or my husband about any questions or concerns we have. My nephew, who lives with a life-altering condition (microcephaly) has been enrolled in this…read moredaycare for a mere 5 DAYS. For the extremely short amount of time my nephew has spent in this facility, there has been an abundance of problems that could have been avoided had my nephew's caretakers put forth more effort and showed less negligence. The first day he came home with dried saliva and food on his face and his shirt was also covered in food. Dirty clothes are not much of a problem but when you combine that with the lack of effort to clean up a child's dirty FACE, who cannot do it himself, that says a lot about the quality of care you offer at this facility. The second occasion, my nephew came home with a bruise on his forehead. When we spoke with his substitute, her exact words were, 'They have to write an incident report and tell the parents what happened.' Not only did we NOT get notified about this prior to picking him up, they also did not have an incident report written up! My nephew has microcephaly and anything that happens in or around his head may have an effect on his health. For his parents to pick him up and see a huge red mark on his forehead without any prior notice from the caretaker, that is unacceptable. On another occasion, the caretaker did not thoroughly wipe my nephew prior to changing his diaper. Why is it that when I come home and change him, I still see remnants of feces??? When we called the facility and spoke with the director to respectfully give them a 2 week notice that we will be withdrawing him from this place- her exact words were 'You did not have to give us a notice, you can withdraw him now.' Though there is not much you can say to make the situation better, I would have respected this facility more had you approached my dilemma with a bit more grace and manners. Overall, we pay way too much for this quality of care. My nephew is a happy baby and a baby filled with joy. When we drop him off and he starts bawling, that is a measure of how bad this facility is. Do note though, that this is not his first daycare. We have been to others who offered quality services and exceptional caretakers that go above and beyond for him. This level of negligence needs to be fixed so other children can get the care they truly deserve and not half-assed teachers who won't even bother to love and care for a special need's baby. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I will be in contact with the the Kindercare agency and the GA Department of Early Care and Learning about this specific location. Unfortunately, we have faced issues with unfair accusations that have caused unnecessary stress for our family. My son's teacher approached me with concerns regarding my son and as she's telling me these concerns i pulled my son out of class to question him about these accusations. He did Admit to Miss. Abi and myself that he in fact did pull his pants down on the playground. So as I'm disciplining my child based on this accusation, his teacher is there just watching. Later on that night my son's father and i are questioning him again about this accusation as he's never done this before and now hes admitting he didnt do it. The next day I requested video footage of this incident that apparently happened on the playground because when I questioned the teachers, whether or not they seen this incident happened, they both denied seeing this accusation take place. (So why are you telling me this happened when there is NO PROOF) Finally, I got the footage and my son in fact did NOT pull his pants down. He was trying to pull his friends legs down the slide and accidentally pulled his friends pants down a little bit in the process which the principal stated looked purely innocent and non-intentional. No apology has been made to my son nor i for this accusation being made. It truly shows their lack of professionalism. Rather than approaching concerns with open communication and understanding, the teachers made assumptions without fully investigating the situation or considering our child's perspective. This has created an uncomfortable environment where we feel unheard. As parents, we expect educators to foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, but instead, we have encountered miscommunication and a lack of professionalism in handling concerns. I would not recommend this classroom to other parents unless significant changes are made to ensure fairness, proper communication, and a more compassionate approach towards students and their families.
