There was seafood in every bite and it was the freshest seafood! I never had seafood pasta prepared this way. It contained crab, shrimp and a lobster topping! EVERYONE ATE ALL OF HIS FOOD. We ordered enough and none was left! All of our guests constantly still talk about how good the food was at the shower Private dinner: Chef Jarvis served jalapeño wrapped in bacon, seafood macaroni and cheese, fingerling potatoes, asparagus and a Tomahawk steak. The steak was extremely tender and well seasoned! The seafood macaroni and cheese was fluffy and the seafood taste was not over powering the Mac and cheese. The asparagus and potatoes were fresh and seasoned perfectly! To end the night we were served a brownie that was sooooo soft! I don't eat sweets because I don't like the way they taste but I ate the whole brownie! That says something! I would definitely hire him again! There is no one better in Atalanta!
