When I arrived the lights were on but the door was closed and locked. When I called there was no answer. My money was spent and I had no way of asking for a refund. If a business is going to be closed they should also disable their online ordering, which is typically what this business does after hours; but on a Sunday @ 3:00, everything shows this business being open, Google, Yelp, Maps, etc. but that was not the case this day. Man I wanted to like it. They were very helpful and gave excellent customer service, especially when my order wasn't showing up in their system. But the wings are small but they do great with the promos so you don't feel cheated on price. Lit ass wings definitely live up to the name. My husband and I tried the slap your mama fried chicken. If only I had a mama to slap because I would! They were THAT good! lol. This is 100% my new favorite wing spot. Their flavors are absolutely unreal. The honey butter lemon pepper is literally the best sauce I've ever had--if I drowned in it, I would die happy. I was told the oven doesn't work at this location but the East point location will have the rice and biscuits. So I was sad but I still wanted to try since I drove 55 mins away. Great first experience everything was fresh and enjoyable. 2nd Experience: Tuesday 29th I went to the East Point location and was excited to order everything I wanted and missed out on. This location didn't have fried rice, the honey biscuit had been stale or sitting long the chicken had either been sitting or overcooked. Either way not at all the best experience. I say this to say can we do better on inventory keep both locations updated and maybe even phones available. I did try to call before arriving I used the number off of the Maps app. I believe a better overall system with the team inside would bring a different vibe. They also have three mason jars of watermelon, pineapple, and blueberry lemonade that is perfect for these hot GA summers. The lemonade sells out FAST though. I ordered hot bbq w/ ranch powder wings they also came with fries which they aren't stingy with at all. My experience at lit a** wings was not good at all the customer service was great I ordered the garlic parmesan 30 pieces get 10 free 35.34 when I got home and open up the box I tasted one of the wings they were gummy and dry with the garlic parmesan I called the store where I purchased the order 1509 Norman Berry drive whoever was answering the phone kept hanging up in my face repeatedly four times then I decide to call the store in Decatur it automatically went to the voicemail four times that's when I decide to call my bank to explain the situation so they would reverse the charge I would not recommend this place to anyone it was a waste of money and time it's sad when companies and restaurants don't think we have a right to write a review about our experience when we're spending our money yes I do give 1 star if my food not what I expected I did complain about Lay's chips because that was my first time ever opened up four bags of chips and they were greasy and brown is true you can't please everybody but in this case I'm spending my hard earned money that I work for so I expect the customer service to be great and my food to be great cuz I have to respect the staff so I expect the same thing in return I didn't know that you don't take a call in order consider I walked inside the restaurant they made these websites for us to do reviews read more
