They offer full packages that include exterior drone as well as interior and exterior photography. All of the photos were great. Unfortunately due to the weather and the nature of my listings I actually needed a reshoot. They were more than happy to accommodate at a reasonable rate. Then I realized they did portrait and brand photography as well! They offer both outdoor and indoor options and their studio setup is amazing! Located in creative village (so apropos), RTW has a guarded camera door so while in session you don't have to worry about the next customer walking into your session. I was thrilled that I was able to knock out both my families holiday photos and beginning of the year social photography all in one day. With my business still in its infant stages I don't have much time to put into Digital marketing especially during the holidays. E ended up wrapping up under an hour and a half. They offer a variety of other selections as well! I personally have had the opportunity to partake in a few events and have first hand experience with their several unique options of photo booths! It is here where you can purchase "memory maker" which you can use for either a day or for the entire length of your vacation. All photos taken by photo pass photographers are then downloaded to your My Disney experience app and made available for you to have multiple downloads up to 45 days and then they disappear. In case you are concerned about losing them Disney does sell a flash drive which will have them all on it so you can upload them to whatever device you have whenever you want them. During this visit we had just arrived at Disney and were anxious to try out their services. At this location you stand in front of a "green" screen and they will project various images and locations in the background. Sometimes they will have you look surprised or look at each other a certain way. This is because they are doing a "magic shot" where either a Disney character or certain background appears in the final print. It was here we had photos taken of the backgrounds of all 4 parks just in the event bad weather would run our visit. You can purchase prints of these pictures here or at any photo pass location. However, you are better off printing them at home or at your local pharmacy which is a lot cheaper. As it turned out one of my favorite shots happened to be here and I was so glad at the end of my trip to have it made into a print. Memory maker is a good investment if you plan on taking a lot of pictures from your trip.

Throughout my conversations and inquiries she answered all of my questions and stated I was very thorough. Why yes I am :) 30 minutes prior to my event I called Rania stating my party was running late due to plane delays etc(everyone was coming from out of town) and wanted to know if we could schedule the shoot 45 minutes later. She agreed. 45 minutes later no Rania and instead of calling she sent a text stating in a nutshell she wasn't going to make it because her nanny was unable to stay longer. I rated this business a 2 because I deserved a phone call in the event of cancellation just like I gave her a phone call in the event of my tardiness. After texting and emailing about full reimbursement I was finally fully reimbursed but saw in the notes the following ( money refunded because client was late, not a good fit). I think that's interesting. Was I not a good fit when I submitted my payment in full prior to the shoot? Probably not. I was very disappointed that my photo shoot was cancelled and the way in which it was cancelled and handled. All in all though I received a full refund, so I'm not angry, but honestly the professional shoot was more important to me in the end than the money and as previously stated I did not receive that.

I found Melissa through online searching and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she responded to my inquiry for engagement photos. We met in person, checking out her portfolio and my husband and I agreed she was the style we were looking for. Getting our actual engagement shoot done was a bit of an adventure due to schedule conflicts and weather (yaaay, Texas!), but we got them done in the end and they turned out awesomely. Melissa was very sweet and professional throughout all of our communication. I had been using pinterest for ideas on poses for the wedding day and she was very open minded and flexible to the ideas I had. She even did a few of the ones I had on my pinterest page! :) Our photos were done within about 2 weeks from the wedding (some of my friends were waiting months for theirs, yuck!), and they were exactly what we hoped they'd be.
