I'd recommend staying on top of your documentation that you send because it may not be reviewed until the end and you will need to make sure you have as much as possible to bring to your hearing! The judge will want support of your claim and knowledge justification for your request! You have to be on top of your case ! I thought law firms giving unsolicited calls after an accident was illegal or in bad taste. Someone representing themselves as associated with this firm has been contacting me after I was involved in a hit and run accident last week. They initially presented themselves as someone associated with the police report. I thought it was an investigator, just to realize they were fishing for information to convince me that they can get me up to $50,000. I had been working with Disparti Law Group since 2020 . Everyone was personable from the receptionist/ paralegal (I believe) Tasha,Bella Ellis,Candice Dorothy, to Rebecca Burk, to LouAnne and my lawyer Mike Disparti. Although I didn't get my S.S.I. Disparti Law Group Team did get me my back payments twice. Meaning the judge believes I was ill but not ill enough to not work or function( which the process was done over the phone ).So now I'm just waiting for my last judgement to apply which I've been waiting since Jan 2025 but the judgement was granted October 2024( not necessarily Disparti Law Group fault). I advise anyone who deal with Disparti Law Group Team you must be patient but persistent . Started receiving unsolicited phone calls within hours after I filed a police report of my accident from this law group. I have screen shots of their calls; almost non stop. One call goes to vm, and in the same minute another one come in. When I didn't answer, I received a text to which I didn't respond. But the calls keep coming. I'm glad this firm has stopped advertising that that help with SSDI cases. I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer until the day of my hearing. The lawyer was late and had the wrong case prepared. Then, the lawyer turned to my gynecologist issue, which had nothing to do with my case. Finally, the lawyer was unprepared in front of the judge, so we had to reschedule anyway. Horrible experience working with this firm. i was in a motorcycle accident 09/16 where someone aggressively brake checked me. I asked them if that was classified as a hit and run and it was. I was seriously injured, torn ACL and plantar fascia. never spoke with the attorney, only once. long story short, they dropped my case because the Metra cameraa couldn't "find the person". The stupid ass cop interviewed five people that day but didn't take a single persons information down and managed to f*** up the police report which I had to get amended. I just filed bankrupty too, earlier in the year, and now there's these big medical expenses which they DISPARTI LAW said would be no cost to me as long as it was from their network. I am beyond pissed with my circumstances and how this whole issue happened. Imagine filing bankruptcy being neck deep in debt and no job, only to be stiffed by some law firm after some as***le break checks you leaving you neck deep in medical bills. So far my experience has not been good. Can't ever get anyone to answer questions let alone return calls. I contacted this firm to help with my sister's disability claim. She is mentally challenged and can not navigate the paperwork from Social security. So far we have not gotten any help. Social security keeps sending mountains of forms expecting my sister to fill out and when I try and get help no one will. It has been since November 2021 and still no communication from this firm. Be careful using Disparti, I was told so many different things during my process of them handling my claim. Mr.Dave Thomas told me they would only charge me between 18-20 percent because of the horrible communication I was receiving. Well in the end they charge me 25%. I was initially contacted by this law firm, after someone ran into the back of my vehicle. They were very attentive, during the on boarding process. Due to their extensive advertising there was at least a name recognition of the firm. Then it went downhill from there. My accident was in sept of 2023 and as of the writing of this review Jan 2024. I could not tell you my attorney's name or true status of my case. It takes 5 phone calls and 4 emails to get one response. I was told a cash advance from Oasis was available as my case was strong. Oasis tried several times to reach my attorney, which I could not provide the name and advance was denied. Credit is being impacted and several attempts to assist Oasis find my attorney returned 0 phone calls. I cannot see myself using this firm or recommend them in the future. Asking to have your phone calls or emails returned are just common courtesies and not asking much from a law firm. I should have gone with the Top Dog law firm in Chicago. I hear they at least return your calls. I am very disappointed with my treatment from this firm. read more

He just sat there. Well, the Judge chewed me up and spit me out. He said I could do sedentary work. I was denied. An colleague of of mine referred me to this firm. Hello, I was working with Adam Shapiro and his parellegal Iris fir my auto insurance claim case. The purpose for this review is to help educate and improve the processes of your firm's employees processes and practices. When I or clients come to an firm such as yours, we are relying on your expertise and resilience to making sure the auto insurance companies are not doing bad faith practices etc. My wife and I have spent 45 days with this firm to assist us in our auto insurance claim. My wife and I found ourselves making all my calls to this firm and to the auto insurance company to find out the status of our auto claims case and when I talk to them they say let me call the insurance company to find out what's going. This is the first RED FLAG of concern I have. I asked Adam by email if they made any correspondences and he says No. Insurance denial letter he received the other day, Adam didn't challenge them especially when they had the incorrect accident date on it. Another RED FLAG. Adam dropped us instantly. Yesterday on November 9th I received letter from Adam Shapiro at Disparti Law Group stating they did after much investigation in our case they decided to discontinue further representation. This letter is a lie because on Nov 5th, I asked Adam on email was there anymore correspondence with the insurance company and Adam emailed me back and stated there was no correspondence. I know he is trying to cover his tracks, but it's no reason to lie especially when you know in your heart that you did not help us or do an investigation. You sat back and waited and hoping the outcome is positive even though you are aware that this insurance company is very bad insurance company. They'll toss you around to a bunch of different folks throughout the process - so often, you can't keep track of who you're supposed to be talking to. I've called and haven't been called back. My associates have been changed on me with no notification, no contact information provided. I emailed a week ago to update them on my case with 3 weeks to go before my hearing and had to call to hunt down who I'm supposed to be talking to because no one responded. You don't get access to any of the attorneys - just the assistants along the way. Some are incredibly helpful. Some not at all. Some are just rude. I have no idea what's supposed to happen during my hearing, what I should be prepared for. They don't seem to realize this is stressful on top of being sick. I just asked to speak to the attorney who will be present at my hearing and was told no, they don't do that. They review the case the week before and only reach out if there's an issue. There's enough going on with the chronically ill seeking help, you don't need an attorney to again make you feel like you're just another number, which is what's happening here. read more
