I asked questions about certain things and I got a lot of umms and oh's. she didn't really seem like she knew enough to make me feel comfortable with having hers as my Dentist. Then another lady came in and discussed pricing. By this time it was 10:45 and I hadn't even gotten my teeth cleaned yet. I had no idea it would take that long, so I rescheduled the cleaning. When I got there to have the cleaning done, the receptionist informed me that it would cost me extra money upfront for the laser treatment. He said it wasn't necessary but they recommended it. I said no thank you. Then he also said that will be another $35 upfront for the fluoride and once again I said no thank you. My instincts told me to leave because that's the second time I was made to feel like I didn't belong there. I canceled all upcoming appointments and made arrangements to go to another dentist. I was looking into my billing on my HealthPartners account. They're charging me $533 for the panoramic x-ray which I was never told that that was not included in what my insurance pays for. Why would they inform me that I would have to pay extra for laser treatment and the fluoride and they can't tell me that it's gonna cost an extra $533 to do the panoramic x-ray. My new Dentist is only charging 250 for the panoramic x-ray. I think it's wrong of them to handle it the way they did and I'm pretty sure I will be stuck paying that, but I don't think it's fair that I have to.

She left my left arm bruised with marks from the BP machine which has never happened before. She left my right arm bruised at my iv sight because she decided to put the MOST PAINFUL PRESSURE with her thumb on the iv sight. I've had many iv's done before but i've never had any that painful that it caused bruising. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and the iv and BP machine were the most painful part of the whole procedure. I recommend this place for the doctor but not for that nurse i hope anyone that comes here does not get her. My arms are still bruised and hurt to move at times.

The staff is friendly, and they do good work. I was brought back right on time, and out in less than an hour. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an unimportant patient, even though I had never been there and likely would not be back. I say that I likely won't be back only because their office is located in the middle of nowhere in Bloomington. If they were more convenient, I would definitely consider making them my new dental home.
