He thoroughly explained the process to me and took me into the shop area so i could sample the different foams they carry. He then quoted me a fair and reasonable price. The service was very efficient and expedient. The gentleman who made the new cushion put a lot of effort into making sure I was pleased with the end product. They were all extremely accommodating, and I am happy to report this new cushion made a world of difference in the comfort level of our very worn favorite chair. The prices are always fair, including the gas prices. I primarily use self checkout which is always fast. Even the gentleman that checks receipts when exiting the store is lovely. It was clean. Was quick and easy to get my items. The printer wasn't working, so didn't get a printout of the receipt to show at the exit. I was looking for the Bounty's as well, but couldn't locate them. Since this BJ's sold alcohol, it was difficult to track how they stock the items. But the wholesale prices are great, further discounts from digital coupons and cashback.

It's somehow gotten better since my last visit because they now serve Coke products! They were unbelievably busy yet my wait wasn't too long (maybe 5-7 mins). Great prices, variety, and samples. Costco never disappoints!
