Unlike other liquor stores they are actually reduced prices. Pay attention to the sale price, because just like everywhere else, it may ring up regilar price and you have to remind them or show them the sign. They always honor it however.

I purchased a bottle of Bartenura wine for $14.99, only to get home and discover that the cork was defective and would not come out of the bottle. Approximately two hours later, I returned to the store to exchange the bottle. The associate attempted to remove the cork using two different corkscrews, and he was unable to get it out either. At that point, I simply requested a replacement bottle. The manager/owner was contacted and, rather than resolving what should have been a very simple customer-service issue, he claimed that the store had not sold me that bottle that day. He stated that he had checked the surveillance footage, register, and my pending bank transaction. I found this extremely disappointing, especially considering the purchase was only $14.99. What bothered me most was how I was treated as a customer. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--just an exchange for a defective product that the store had sold me. As an African American customer, I also left feeling that my business and concerns were not valued or respected. Black consumers contribute significantly to the success of businesses in our communities, and we deserve to be treated with the same respect and consideration as any other customer. I will not be returning to this store and would strongly encourage the ownership/management to reevaluate how they handle customer complaints and defective merchandise.
