These days the best you can hope for is somebody who can fake it really good and that's if your lucky. Well yesterday I experienced something I haven't experienced in years. A man named john answered the phone and answered all my questions in detail. Which saved me alot of gas money from having to drive to multiple different stores. He was actually enthusiastic and when I say that I mean genuine enthusiasm. Not that follow protocol and fake your enthusiasm type deal you see now a days and that's if your lucky but actual genuine enthusiasm you only see once every 1 million stores you visit these days. He helped me get everything I needed. I was tempted just to stay there in the store and buy a bunch of things I didn't need because it felt very nostalgic seeing somebody who actually cares about there job especially now a days. I never take my time to do things like this because I don't care because neither do most workers these days but john does and to add icing on top of the cake he never once asked me to leave a good review. Phone Repair Express 5-14-25 Stopped by with my Android…read morephone which the USB charging port on the phone was not working right. Arman gave me a price for the repair and said it would be ready in 20 minutes to stop back. About 30 minutes later I stopped back, and he said I'm not going to charge you what I stated as I just cleaned out the charging port instead of installing a new one and it seems to be working fine. He asked me to try my USB cable and it worked fine. He charged 50 bucks less for this repair. So far, I am pleased, and everything is working fine.
