This is the first time I had a salesperson that was not professional and cold. My complaint is the ad for getting three panties for free when you purchase three. They charge you 12.18 for each. The explanation was they are 24 so we lowered our price and you pay 12.17 each. That isn't three free. Do not get misled by this store ad. You pay for all. Her explanation was, if you returned one that is free you would get your money back! What?? You exchange for the same type. Makes no sense. Nothing free. I paid for all six at a lower price. Misleading. Disappointed in Soma and how it was handled in the store. They were not interested in hearing my logic. I was taken for sure! You know I have had other friends have other issues but this time I will be done unless I hear from the store which I wrote to. read more

Love soma but will never shop in person at the Daniel's location. Staff let me know they were too busy to fulfill my order and then I tried on a bra and some deodarant got on it and the sales staff member had to share out loud how she had to damage the product. I worked in Retail in the past and never have I made a customer feel uncomfortable this way. Will shop online only read more

Woman at register directly in front of upstairs escalator refused to take back my shirt for a…read morereturn. I had the shirt, the bag, the receipt, and the tags, and the shirt was in brand new unused never worn condition and was purchased yesterday. She immediately took an attitude when I asked to make a return and said it's been worn it's destroyed the tags are removed it's not returnable. I stayed calm and explained that the receipt says 30 day guarantee and it's been 1 day. I also said the shirt is in perfect new unused never worn condition and that the tags do not have to be on the shirt because the receipt also says receipt OR tag can be used to return the shirt. I had BOTH and since I had the receipt it did not matter if the tags were removed since the shirt could be returned without the tags entirely. She KEPT MY RECEIPT and sent me to customer service manager who did the return without the receipt and apologized for the other woman's rude behavior. Keep in mind this was a return of a $39.00 shirt on a $747 receipt. Unfortunately I will not be back to this Dillards location after this upsetting experience.

Their first venue opened in 2006 on Broadway Street in downtown Fort Myers. While there, they were instrumental in creating the Fort Myers Art Walk which has been going on for ten tears. Later on they became daas Gallery and now their current incarnation is DAAS CO-OP Art Gallery & Gifts. In addition to running the gallery they stage different events throughout the year. Check out their Facebook page for dates and times. Today, DAAS is a cooperative that provides space for local artist to exhibit and sell their work. Support small businesses! The gallery is located in the Gardner's Park District along with other other businesses in the same complex including a garden store, coffee and food shop, and a butterfly aviary.
