Do not recommend. Very little attention to detail. Asked for oval in the beginning, then asked for them to be more oval. He made very slim changes. Some nails are a lot thicker than others. Very disappointing. read more

This was my second time here. Last time I came here about 2 years ago I had a bad experience, but decided to give it another go. I don't get pedicures often, but when I do it's because my heels are pretty rough and need a good scrubbing so they can be smooth and fresh again. My heels look EXACTLY the same as before I went. My toe nails look like a kindergartener painted them. I also got a pedicure, the didn't even trim my cuticles, and painted my nails horribly. I got gel, but it's so thin in places I can see my nail... Never again. The guy doing it was nice and gentle, but he did a horrible job. read more

Quality is consistently going down. The last time I had a pedicure, they only painted part of my toe nails and then tried to justify that it looked better that way. Complete scammers! Sloppy work that will force you to return sooner. They refuse to correct any mistakes without recharging. Avoid!!! read more

If you are looking for a fast cheap pedi then ok...that is what you will get. My nails did look nice. But I felt rushed and like I was just a number. I'll preface this by saying they did fix may nails when I went back, but Worst French mani I've ever had- flaking off less than a day later, also no hand massage. They also dropped wax on my shirt while waxing my face (and they didn't get all the hair!) And I didn't see them using a sterilizer for their tools. Also, they are constantly trying to upsell you to more expensive things. read more

This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. The hot stones were so hot that I have whelps on my legs and feet and when I told the lady helping me they were too hot, she kept saying they didn't feel hot to her. I asked her four times to clip my nails and she kept telling me to hold on, until finally telling me no. I paid for the Super deluxe pedicure but outside on the extremely hot stones, did not receive a massage. I paid $50 to spend an hour and a half at this nail salon and basically received burns from the stones, a soak in the tub and some toenail polish. And the toenail polish was only 3/4 of the way completed,however; when I brought this up to her she kept just telling me to go get under the light. I will have to go have a new pedicure after this busy weekend because my toenails are only about 3/4 of the way painted and too long. And I assure you, I will not go back to this facility. I plan to leave as many reviews as necessary to raise awareness about this subpar quality and customer service. read more

Tony is absolutely wonderful and quite pleasant to talk to. The massage you receive is a nice touch as well. Terrible service! I will never return! I've been contemplating going to different businesses because of their poor rapport with customers. First, they send you coupons throughout the month, but they have so many limitations on when and how you can use it. So I was going to get my nails removed one night at about 8:30, mind you they close at 9 according to google. So I walked in and they did not greet me or ask what services I needed. They claimed they were closed while their sign was flashing and their door was unlocked for me to just walk on in. I have stayed in their salon until 9 before so I wasn't sure what the problem was. They cut my toe and thought it was funny. If I'm bleeding, I'm not laughing. Also, injuries aside, there is nothing spa-like about this place. It's a pedicure factory with poor polish selection and questionable standards of cleanliness. Run away! read more

Worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon, out of the about 30 I've been to. It was my first experience here and they do things a little differently than what I was used to so I was unsure. I didn't know where the regular nail polish was and didn't want to mix it up with gel polish. I told the guy up front I didn't know where the regular polish was and he yelled at me to "go pick my polish and sit down." I didn't even know where I was supposed to sit down. Everyone was staring at me. After I figured it out and found the pedicure chair that had water in the tub I sat down where the young girl began the worst pedicure I'd ever had. So much pain for something that should've been enjoyable. Then she got mad that my toenail polish was getting ruined because of the flip flops they put on me. Then after she started my fingernails she got mad that she left something on my nail before she painted, causing a lump under the polish that I wanted fixed. She took everything off of that nail and slapped one layer of polish on. No base coat, no top coat, and no second layer of polish. Regardless of if it had to be redone, when you have to take everything off of my nail because of your mistake you need to redo it how it's supposed to be. This mani pedi took 2 hours. An hour of it consisted of fixing mistakes. If you want an even decent mani pedi do not go here. read more

my friend recommended this nail salon to me last minute saying it's where she always goes to get hers done. initially everyone seemed very polite, there was a small wait because they seemed to be understaffed, which i was totally fine with. while getting my nails done, the woman doing my nails managed to make almost every single one of my fingers bleed. i was understanding of that considering i had very short, bitten down nails beforehand. i could understand a few pricks here and there, but every single one of my nails?? that seems to be a little ridiculous. i've had acrylic nails before, and never have the person doing my nails managed to make them bleed that bad before. after she was done with my nails, which i had no idea she was finished with considering she just left the store without saying anything to me and then not returning afterwards, i went to the station to let them dry. i accidentally hit one of my hands on the station and messed my nail up a bit, but the lady who did my nails was gone, so one of the people i was with asked another staff member to help. keep in mind the only thing wrong was the polish, i could've easily fixed it myself if i had known all i had to do was use nail polish remover and repainted it. yet she replied with, "don't mess it up again, because i don't have time to clean up your mistakes." rolling her eyes every time she did another step. i could understand her frustration, yes, a customer accidentally messed up her nail, but that remark and the way she acted was very rude and unnecessary. not to mention completely unprofessional. i thanked her many times, trying to be as patient as possible, but she didn't reply to me at all. it's the next day and the nails are already chipped, and one of my index nails are loose, and my fingers are sore from all the cuts and scabs on them. i won't be coming back to that salon knowing that others have had similar experiences. read more

If I could give this salon less than a star I would and if I could they are lucky that I don't know how to do it. Besides the rush in doing the job I had a very bad service, the job was terrible part of the cuticles were trimmed around the nail and part was left untrimmed even after I pointed it out twice. The second day the untrimmed cuticles started bothering me and catching on my hose with a bad snag. The Polish started peeling the second day in the afternoon so it did not last 24 hours. The window sign says $7.00 off mani & pedi Monday through Thursday but at check out when asked about the discounts the associate said that only applies for acrylic nails or gel color so there is false advertising. I guess this is how they stay busy and treat you as a number like other reviews posted. By the way 5 reviews were available and only one of those had a good experience so 20% is their satisfactory score. I just moved to Jonesboro and it would be my first and last time I go there for their service. read more
