Stopped in here for the first time to get a pedicure. They were pretty busy and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes. Once we were seated we waited a bit more but got to soak our feet in hot water. The place was decently clean but the employees weren't very friendly. Didn't say hello or greet us upon walking in or while getting the pedicures. The pedicure itself was okay, I really liked the massage portion. She was firm and I appreciated that. What really stuck out to me, is that I wanted a gel polish and it was an extra $20! Just a pre warning. I'm sure it's in the menu somewhere but I didn't see it. I was floored. If I wanted a $50 pedicure I would have chosen that option and gotten the extra perks. I had my nails done less than a week ago. I had to come in twice to get them fixed. I told them they needed to be redone because I wasn't coming back every other day to have them fixed. They still charged me full price. I also asked for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. The lady was extremely rude applied wax above, below, and middle of eyebrow then the upper lip. She did not look to clean up the strays that were mixed nor did she trim my eyebrow. EVERY other time, I've had my eyebrows done they clean them up and trim them. The only reason I gave two stars is because We does an AMAZING job! After this experience I will NOT be a returning customer. read more

Tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. First time myself, sister and mom went with a 3 o'clock appointment. We got skipped by several people and 2 hours after our appointment time we still had not been worked on. We left. I decided to try again by myself this time. Again sat waiting an hour while they were seating and working on women that came in after me. This time I wasn't the only one being skipped, another group of women were also getting skipped and becoming frustrated. That was when it hit me and I noticed that we were the only women of color and we were the only ones getting skipped. I got gel which should last at least 3-4 weeks, and the nails started lifting the next day. 1 week after getting them done and 5 of them have completely peeled off. Will not be back and do not recommend it to anyone. read more

My wife and I came here to get a pedicure. They were busy but got to us pretty quickly. The young lady started on mine about 10 minutes before starting on the wife. When my pedicure was finished, I sat in the chair and waited for my wife to get finished. The place was about half full. Suddenly the apparent manager started telling me to get my shoes on. I said, no worries. I will. Just waiting on the wife. She replied, "no! You get your shoes on now. Wait up front. We busy." Well, this went all over me. I told her fine. I will get up. There are plenty of spaces available but I will get up. I will also make it easier for people to get a seat in the future as neither I or my wife will be back again. We paid, left without tipping, and we won't be back. FYI, we always tip at least 10 per pedicurist and we get the top listed pedis available. Their loss. read more

This place is incredible. The staff is friendly. I occasionally get a pedicure here, and will definitely go back. They always give a totally relaxing foot massage in addition to the pedicure of choice. I had to wait once, but usually they are waiting for me when I arrive. Horrible job on my real nails. They were ruined after the "buffing." Did 4 coats of paint, looked really bad. I suggest try anyone else

Went there to get my nails done... when she was doing my nails she was talking on phone the hole time, twisted my finger aggressively, and then after I paid and left I sat in my car then look at them, saw that my nail wasn't even attached to my real nail (could stick a toothpick in it) went back in to get them off and ask for my money back, and they said no! And they were very very rude... I do NOT recommend going to them read more
