honestly my favorite place i've ever gotten my nails done at. they turned out better than my inspo pic and i got a little nick on my cuticle (which they apologized profusely for) but i pick and bite my nails a lot so it was nothing really. great service, great atmosphere, just great overall. i didn't feel judged or anything just good vibes. :) read more

Would not have picked any stars but since I can't proceed without doing so I'll give one. Was told 30 min wrote my name down as I was told said I would be back. When I got back 10 min later 3 people were there and all got seated before myself. One lady verified that she did not have an appointment and was helped before myself. All I needed was one nail corrected. What's the point of a list if they don't honor it? read more

I've been here several times but most times I'm never happy. This last time I was cut with the filing board and he didn't change or clean it. My nails are lumpy and the polish wasn't thick enough and it dried clumpy. I'm pretty sure they didn't give me my credit card back so I have to make another 30 min trip to go get it and see if I can get my nailed fix or a refund. read more

I was hesitant at first while reviewing the reviews for this place. My bff and I walked in and were attended to immediately. The staff was very friendly and informative. The atmosphere was quiet and it smelled of light incense. We received pedicures and manicures.. very nice! Hot stone massage on feet and hands was awesome, we will definitely be returning customers. read more

My mom has been going to this nail salon for a few years and I've been here before when I've visited her but after today we will never return. The lady that did my nails was rude and really rough (I get my nails done twice per month so I know how it's supposed to feel) and she talked on her phone via Bluetooth the entire time. read more

Went in with my mom to get pedis. She also wanted a mani with the instructions of adding fake nails to be short & look natural due to her work restrictions. She bites her nails and barely has any nail left. The girl that did her pedi also did her nails. She did not speak English very well. She painted gel polish on my moms nails after filing them and did not do any fake nails like she was asked. My mom brushed it off as a miscommunication and paid the $35. We both picked the $35 pedi. I was finished first since I didn't get a mani. I sat at the drying light table for about 20 minutes. When we left, I noticed that some of the polish had flaked off. My mom just texted me and said that her polish is coming off! It's been less than 6 hours that we had them done. They serve you fruit cups, but my pineapple had brown spots on it. The guy that did my pedi was rude and rushed me to pay as he sat me down at the drying table. Not going back here. read more

This salon did not listen to what I had asked for and asked for payment before even beginning the manicure. After doing the nails wrong I asked for them to fix it and all I was told was to come back again or pay the full price for what I had originally wanted. Do not recommend this salon read more
