I was greeted quickly when I entered the store and a young lady assisted me in finding the right shoe size. They have UK sizes for shoes and she shared her recommendations with me. I appreciate that they offer shoe sizing, which is complimentary if you buy shoes from them. I bought dance shoes in a mocha bliss tone in a size down which worked well for my ballet class. The canvas shoes do stretch and are easy to maintain. The prices here are affordable as well.

Not only were they initially wanting to hold me to a 14 day return that is posted elsewhere on their website but the manager was snippy when I requested that they honor the 35 days posted on the actual order page. Once she heard that, she then responded that the garment was not returnable because it was underwear (It's basically a training bra that doesn't fit my daughter.) I am curious what is unhygienic about that- it is definitely not underwear! Do they not let girls try on leotards and bras at their in person store and then put them back on the rack if not purchased? Needless to say we will not be purchasing from them again and I would recommend they stick to in person retail sales until they can manage online service in a more equitable manner. (And hopefully they have now changed their return days message on the order page so that they do not misinform other online customers.)
