That is not my problem. These people are predators, they only take cash and don't have a website or any social media pages and they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They also do not have an auto repair service so their only source of income is towing away cars and preying on college students and wreck victims. If you are looking for a towing service for your business and have even an ounce of compassion, please do not hire these modern-day slumlords. The employees of this company lied to me repeatedly about having to pay an after hours fee, and when I came to get my car during business hours, they still charged me an after hours fee despite clearly telling me yesterday that I would not be charged one. Furthermore, the business is poorly organized with no clear hierarchy or structure. I spoke on the phone with a woman and when I arrived, I was told that there was no female employees that worked at the business, and later told that the woman I spoke to on the phone was not an employee because she was the owner's wife.
