My husband and I have trusted PetSuites with our puppy, Marie, several times over the past year,…read morewhich is why this most recent experience was so upsetting. In the past, we've always had great experiences here. We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Kiko loves it here and I can rest easy knowing that he is safe and being looked after.read more

I realized this when my 4 month Airedale puppy came inside smelling like wet dog and grass. I decided to check out Pawsmere Pet Retreat because I had heard good things about them! They are located in the corner lot in the town of Montverde by the gas stations. If you are not looking for them, you may not be able to find them. Luckily, we were able to do some digging and find out where they were. The staff was extremely friendly and actually very excited to see an Airedale because they aren't really native to this area. Usually with Airedales, they are meant to be groomed a specific way and in a specific pattern or else their hair will come out matted and unruly. Michelle, the owner knew EXACTLY what to do with him. It took a couple of hours, but when she brought him out - it was like he was a WHOLE different dog. The price was not too bad either. I paid about $45 or so for a wash and cut and will definitely be back again.

The owner treated them like family. She keeps it small in the way of allowing roughly 3 dogs to board at one time. This allows the dogs to get adequate attention, exercise, and safety. She sent me texts during our time away updating us on how the dogs were doing and included photos and videos. The dogs stayed almost a week and they were so happy to lucky when I brought them home. She is also a grooming facility. So she groomed them before pick up per our request. It was a great value and quality care for our fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more personal affordable boarding option for your dog or cat.

How horrific to hear. My heart broke for that family. My dog got sick here...even though he had his own private villa and one on one play time (it was an extra add on for that "enrichment") since he wasn't neutered and wasn't allowed to be around other dogs. (Respectfully my vet won't even entertain neutering him before 1 yr old for health and safety). But I am relieved that he didn't get group play after finding out how that other family tragically lost their furbaby. I honestly didn't put too much thought into boarding my dog here since I had boarded a pet here before during a bridal shower in '13. They were great then. But how they have changed!!! My dog tried escaping by day 2. Crying, throwing tantrums, running and jumping back in the car. He even crashed so hard into a cement wall trying to get out. This was so out of character. I watched the cameras since I upgraded him to a villa, and they literally just threw him in, leash and harness on the floor. They had me go through all his food and times to eat only for them to dump his breakfast, lunch, dinner all in a dirty bowl thrown in the corner. Btw the villas, are just enclosed rooms with an elevated platform with their blankets and a tv and access to cameras for you. Nothing fancy for that hefty price upgraded. They were impossible to reach. You couldn't get someone to pick up the phone if your life depended on it UNLESS you were using the booking line. The cameras would go dead randomly. The floor was stained prior to him getting to his room. The place had the most foul odor before even stepping into the building. Complete nightmare. I've volunteered in struggling low budget shelters that were cleaner smelling. I bathed my dog every night because he smelt so bad each pick up. Even all his belongings I sent in with him, leash, harness, toys, blanket, bedding had to be washed 2x to get rid of the odors they absorbed. I felt so bad boarding him here during the day. My dog ended up getting a really bad respiratory infection and is on antibiotics 2x daily for 2 weeks and requires daily steams to help him breathe since he couldn't fight it off naturally, even being fully vaccinated. It's sad because it's clear that they are severely understaffed for the intake of animals they have coming in and out. Sanitation and sterilization are not what they should be. The quality has gone downhill from what it used to be in it's early years. It is unfortunate because when it comes to time and convenience, it's the only place that is open one hour before the parks open and close a hour after the parks close. And provides transportation for pets with certain hotels (AoA, yacht, port orleans, and fort wilderness). Which are all major sell points for disney families. However, the quality of care of my pet is priority over convenience and I do not endorse a place where is seems like the quantity and profit has superseded the quality of care and deceny of a living creature.
