They were very trustworthy and reliable. We felt very comfortable with both giving spare keys to our house and alarm codes. They cleaned up any pet messes that occurred while we were gone (hairballs, etc) and made sure my diabetic cat got her shot twice a day. This is a great alternative to boarding.
