We were bit worried about being able to have access to updates but the team was able to send via email so we were never out of the loop! This was our first time boarding Margot and we were concerned about how anxious she might get. She was adopted from a hoarding situation and is still getting used to the world. I shouldn't have even bothered to worry because the team went above and beyond to work at her pace and make sure she felt comfortable. We received daily updates of how she was doing and even saw her make new friends. When we picked her up she didn't even seem like she wanted to go--in fact when we took her outside later and home she tried to run back to the car (we think she's ready for another week of puppy camp as we call it). Another thing we love about Rocky's is they are inclusive of dogs with additional needs. It's hard to find places that truly care for your pets like you do, and safe to say we lucked out with this one. Can't wait for the next time!

There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I'm glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn't happened on any of the occasions they've stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn't a safe environment for them. It's been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it's taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it's reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they're away from home. They're getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. Environment: 4 stars- Small facility holding around 30+ something dogs. Facility is clean and well kept. The individual rooms are more like little stalls with no windows or anything so no view unless the dog is tall enough to look over. The biggest plus is they have two large grass, fenced in areas for the kids to run free and use bathrooms. They really don't have an indoor run but a small room upfront that can be used for indoor play. Most local facilities have little or no grass areas and indoor play areas but no outdoor play areas. Fees: 5-stars. Beats everyone around we have tried from day and overnight boarding, bathes, etc.

Throughout the months, I got to see in person and through their social media pages that they are meant for this profession. They are able to work with all breeds and size of the dog does not matter. I have seen clients walk out the front door with smiles on their faces with their dogs are also really well behaved because of the work that Lexi, Tai, and also their trainer Max does daily. First of all the price is great in my opinion. Their facility has plenty of play space and the livery room we got was large. We always want, maybe even need, to be able to check in on them. While on past stays we would look and find them pacing and awooing all night. Something about this place made them zen. They looked out the windows, climbed and snuggled in their bed. We signed up for both of them to get a bath before pick up but due to some error with their system only our little guy got his, which was sad because if we had to pick we would have picked her. For our two dogs it was $115 a day for the luxury suite. When we arrived to pick them up we expected our Dachshund to scream like he does when we come home and our Auggie to go crazy and we were so disappointed when they came up to us like okay cool, summer camp is over? Not one cry or bark, no jumping or crazy tail wags. Next time we hope to board them for training. Our dogs would have required 3 weeks and that just didn't work for us right now.

We typically receive an end-of-stay report detailing how Marie did with eating, playtime, and overall behavior, along with photos from group play sessions. During longer stays, staff would also usually provide updates, which always gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The Issue: The only communication we received during Marie's stay was a call informing us that she had been injured by another dog. We were told she had a small mark behind her ear, but when we picked her up, she had multiple marks and scratches that appeared more significant than what had been described to us. To make matters worse, we never received the usual end-of-stay report. Customer Service: When I called afterward to ask about the missing report, the employee at the front desk, Brooklyn, was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that because Marie had already been checked out, they could no longer send one. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available. I had to specifically request that a note be left for the manager, Melissa, to call me back. When Melissa eventually returned my call, she unfortunately had no answers about what happened to Marie during her stay. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or concern regarding the situation and our experience overall. Overall: As returning customers, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Communication, transparency, and accountability are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet, and unfortunately this visit left us feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Sadly, Marie will not be returning after this experience.

They have always stayed at their vet until now so I was nervous about leaving them in a new place, especially the older one. They were VERY well taken care of and came home so happy, and with no upset tummies which always happened at the vet. The caretakers sent photos, answered my texts/calls, and just all around made the experience for the pups very comfortable and loved. I never felt like we were a burden or that they weren't wanted. We were welcomed from the first phone call inquiry about boarding and daycare. Petsuites is more than what we paid when they boarded at the vet BUT their rooms are larger, they get play time with other furry babies, more potty walks, and loved on by many caretakers. My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

What a horrible experience! We took our 6 month puppy in today for grooming. First, the check-in…read moreprocess was a joke. We were never told to wait in our car instead of walking up to the entrance. After realizing that's how they run things, we got back in the car and joined the long line that had formed since we arrived. Then, almost 30 minutes after dropping off our puppy, they called to let us know we needed to fill out a form. However, they could not get the electronic version to work. At this point , I should have just cancelled the appointment. However, they ensured us they could still do the grooming and we did not need to come back for just a form. When we finally got the text to pick up, the price was $10 more than what we expected. They informed me that the groomer determines the prices and she added $10 because our 6 month old PUPPY was biting. He's a PUPPY!!! If he was too much to handle, they should've just called me to pick him up. The guy worker who relayed this message to me was definitely not meant to deal with customers. He had the worst attitude when explaining the additional charge. We will definitely never go back to this Pet Paradise again. The communication and customer service here definitely needs to be addressed. Such a shame!
