Called over the phone to see do they take walk-ins or appointment only, and she stated walk-ins are welcomed. Proceeded to let the employee know I was just coming for a soak-off (for acrylic nails). She said I could come, great! Walked inside and only saw two employees. There was a another customer waiting before me. I arrived there at 9:20, was seated in the chair to soak by 9:40. No problem. First mistake, soaking my nails in cold acetone, and was told I couldn't use a paper towel to scrubs my nails on while they were soaking. The employee stated I had dip powder, and I told her no. She stated again this is dip powder and it's going to take a while. I waited about thirty minutes later or so. She came to me again and began the filing procedure for removing the acrylic from my nails. Mind you, the other customers were done and one was being worked on by the employee serving me. I was told this was going to take about a few more times to complete. I was left there soaking a while later (with only being filed once). It was 10:40 by this time. They were super busy with the two. The customers that came in behind me was finished and drying. The employee that was filing my nails started on another walk-in all the while I was still soaking. At this time, it was 11:00, and the third employee walked in, he relieved the employee that was working on me, and she then took another walk-in as I soaked. I politely asked the third employee to just finish what was still not complete, because I had to go to work. In my experience, understaffed or overstaffed it doesn't take over approximately two hours to soak off acrylic and file. I paid left, and left this review as my sentiments of Thank You but no Thank You! By the way, the acrylic was still on and it was not thick at all. read more

This is a best kept secret. I have had three different nail techs at this place and all are solid. My nails look great every time. They are using quality powders and polishes that last which makes such a difference in how often you have to visit. I have no problem finding the colors I want and I can get in and out fairly quickly. read more

This was my first time receiving a service from Simply Nails. I came in on a Saturday and the following Tuesday my nails were chipping. I paid $61 for gel polish on my toes and fingernail. I've gotten gel before from other salons and it's always held up for over 2 weeks. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend. That was $61 towards a 3 day lasting job. read more

Arrived on time for appointment at 3:15. Salon is filled w people and only 2 workers. At 4:35 the nail tech finally came in to do apts. no call prior to notify tech would be in late. They also have No public restroom. Wished I could give them a negative review. -100%!!! Also their business is not properly ventilated and the smell is suffocating. read more

Great salon. Staff is very accomplished and does a great job Everything from a regular manicure to dip nails.

Went in for a refill and to have one nail fixed bc it had broken off. And polish change on toes. My toes were done ok. When the polish was removed from my previous set, he did not remove it all. So I have yellow and pink on my toes as well as nails. The finger that needed a nail put on, the acrylic was poorly done. Asked for him to fix it, he did but it's still in uneven. The polish was old and sticky. I asked to have several redone & he did it w/ no problem but they still look a mess. There is polish around my skin on my fingers he did not try to remove the polish by any means. I believe he was rushing. I still paid even tho I am highly unsatisfied! I just said I would go else where to have them fix it. This will be my last time going to them. If you decide to go ask for Tracee she is the best one there also, bring your own polish!! read more
