The only regret we have is it took so long to find them. In my opinion they are second to none on this amazing island. They have small, fast boats which gives you a personal concierge type service. They always have groups of 6 or less which we prefer. They leave early so in the morning you are usually the first group to the dive site which is a big deal. As a result you see the best stuff because it hasn't been disturbed and scared off by 20 other dive boats. They are also one of the few operations that go further south to some of the more remote dive sites like Colombia and Punta Sur. These are my favorite The staff is always incredibly accommodative and professional. Very thorough dive briefings and quite entertaining as well. If you have a trip planned to Cozumel, Scuba Tony is a no brainer

This was my first time with boat entry, open water warm dives, and I had the best time! The entire experience was great. Service: As this was part of a solo travel for me, I was in communication with the dive shop via WhatsApp to make sure that I was fully prepared. I felt very comfortable the entire time, and everything was explained clearly. All materials and great were prepped and ready for me upon arrival, and all staff members that I was interacting with were kind and welcoming. Experience: We did two dives, and had some discussion on the boat as to what we most wanted to see, to help determine the locations that we would travel to. We settled on Palancar Bricks for the first dive, and La Francesa for the second. There were 7 divers with 3 dive masters, so despite being a solo traveler, I felt like I had a ton of support. The overview of the dive sites before entry was great, because it primed me for some of the aquatic life that we would see. As my first warm water and coral reef dive, I can say that scuba diving is one of the great privileges of my life--I was overcome with emotion at seeing so much! Schools of small (young) fishes, corals, large organisms, sponges, nurse sharks, barracuda, a seahorse, a cozumel toad fish, giant parrot fish, and so many more! Special thanks to Captain Mono, Jorge, Juan, and Javi who led our trip. If I ever have the fortune of returning to Cozumel, I will absolutely return for more trips!

The staff were all friendly…read moreand professional, the dive masters were very knowledgeable; an interesting fact, the water here has higher salinity which makes you more buoyant which in turn requires more weight to compensate, the aim is to be neutrally buoyant so you can hover. Normally I need ~20lbs, they calculated what I actually needed and they nailed it first time, no need for adjustment. For this trip, we were taken out and did a drift dive of two different reefs, both were incredible sights to see, and our guide showed us cool things along the way. Pictures and video don't do it justice, and words can't describe, you need to dive in and see for yourself.

The airline lost our luggage with all our gear, and Roberto went so far above and beyond to get us fitted in rentals, even bringing a whole selection of masks and fins on our next dive when ours weren't a perfect fit. Our group had several different diving levels from very experienced, nervous and 2 checkout divers. They fully accommodated our needs and took us on 2 amazing dives. They also brought us to a nice rest area in about 3 feet of water where we could paddle around and eat fruit and cookies and watch the sting rays. Our equipment was new and in good condition. We used steel tanks which was a new experience and they talked us through using it..The staff was knowledgeable and fun. Can't ask for more.

They arranged a refresher course and a discover Scuba lesson for my son so we could dive together and then a 2 tank dive at two coral reef locations. They were able to look me up in the computer and found my certification online and got me signed up right away so we were in the water the very next day. They lent us all equipment needed and the instruction was thorough and the instructor was kind and helped my son who was a first time scuba diver. It was a proud father son moment watching my boy check one off the bucket list to scuba dive for the first time and we got to scuba side by side. This is a solid dive center and the prices are reasonable. Can't get better than this in terms of location and convenience. 5 stars and a muchas gracias to the staff, instructor and crew.

Small pack boats still are the key to a great dive start. Now an instructor, I have brought those that just learned open water to enjoy Cozumel, as well as what a dive operation should be. Professional, safety focused, and fun ! What amazes me here is the same staff, some children of dive masters I dove with years ago. Where do you find that ? It's a bye-gone era, sons following fathers to work for the same company because there is loyalty. A few of the staff have been here for years, years ... a testimonial. I've walked by the Tikila Bar for 6 years now but never stopped because it looked like just a bar…read more This year, I learned that it's owned by the Paprika people, which is one of my favorite restaurants. So we stopped in. Jungle-By- Tikila is wonderful. There is a dinner deck out back that is not visible from the street. The food was very good with a special shout-out for the EXCELLENT shrimp tacos, the BEST I've had on the island. NOTE - the Yelp map shows the location of Jungle-By-Tikila ad way south of the Tikila Bar. That is NOT correct. Tikila and Jungle-By-Tikila are the same building. Tikila is the name before 5 and J-B-T after 5. I wish they had happy hour prices but that would be my only suggestion.

It was the three in our family and three other people so a nice small group. my daughter decided to have a private guide underwater for the scuba diving. Hearst private guides name was Batman. He was amazing. The one thing I will say is depending on which port your ship comes in if you were on a cruise ship like we were depends on whether you even need a taxi to get to them. We happen to be at the close report, but didn't realize it because we didn't bother googling directions. They were literally like four blocks from the ship port for Norwegian, but there is another port further down. That might be a 10 minute drive. They're located right downtown near a lot of coffee, shops, and restaurants. Great walking.
