I had a very strange and disappointing experience with Angela, the owner. She sent over a contract for a birthday party without first confirming basic details--like the number of guests--and listed it for 60 people without ever asking us. When I followed up with a few simple clarification questions about the package and the details in the contract, she abruptly canceled everything instead of responding. After that, she completely stopped communicating. I later heard from someone else who had a similar experience--her contract was also canceled after asking questions. That kind of pattern is really concerning. It felt incredibly unprofessional and honestly bizarre. Asking questions before committing to an event should be normal, not a reason to be shut down. I would be very cautious booking here if you expect clear communication or flexibility. read more

We saw a video on social media about this place a little while ago and it looked great so we decided to give it a go. First time going there and we didn't even last an hour before having to head out. The entry price was $20 for only 3 hours which honestly doesn't seem worth it right off the bat, you can go to other places for a lot less and can basically spend the whole day there. Regardless it was a rainy day and we were already there so we decided to just try it out. Our 16 month old played for a little while in the big play area before we headed to the small baby area. He played for a little while before we realized that there was blood all over the place as you can see from the photos. We checked to make sure and there was blood in so many places, including the ball pit which little babies and toddlers were using and of course putting them in their mouths as babies do. We headed out to inform a staff member and as we were walking out we could see the trail of blood. When I mentioned it to the staff member she told me they already knew and they'd be cleaning it soon. Apparently a child had a nose bleed and the parent didn't let the staff know, but someone else did. I get accidents happen BUT as soon as the staff members knew about it they should have immediately shut down the area and getting everyone out until it was cleaned and sanitized. But they knew about it and they still let people, most importantly, babies! Continue to play in and around the area. The fact that this was a biohazard and it wasn't immediately dealt with was a huge red flag. We asked for a refund and left immediately I absolutely hate to leave a 1 star review but it was honestly shocking read more

This place is awesome! I came here for a 3 years old birthday party. The decor that this place offers inclusive of the birthday package makes the birthday packages well worth it. The party packages come with pizza, hot dogs, drinks, decor and a personal party attendant. The activity area itself is appropriate for ages from 2-6; in my opinion. My son who is 8 got bored after awhile. He made his own fun by playing "basketball" with a soccer ball and half circle that was at the edge of the gym structure. Compared to other places of the same caliber, Divermansion could use maybe a ball pit area for the babies or perhaps some video games. The space isn't that big so I don't know how they would even expand but it does leave a lot to be desired. However for the age of the party boy, this was a great place for him and I can't say enough how blown away I was with the decor. read more

This is could be a 5 star place, but it has some really weird rules, that makes me not to come back. It's very sad cause I live really close and I used to come to this same place but it had another name. 1. There is a not working water fountain, so you have to buy water from them. Not cool, it's ok If I decided to buy water but, the fountain SHOULD be working(picture). No outside food or drinks are allow and that is ok, but like I said, the FOUNTAIN SHOULD BE WORKING! 2. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. There are so many other good options including Ninja Lounge, Chukee-Cheese, Flippo's, etc. I went with a few Mom's total of 6 kids which means close to $100 in revenue for a business. I did not know you are not allowed to bring outside food, I am 6 months pregnant and can only eat certain things. Also some of the kids have allergies so we need to bring substitutes. Anyways we spoke with the manager and explained all of this, and acknowledged we did not know you can't have outside food. He said no exceptions and that "this is not my place- I'm not the owner". And I asked him what do we do now that we are here? He said he is "happy to refund us" the kids were so upset to leave but we told them not to worry we will go somewhere better. It is 2022, you would think with everything else going on in life and the fact that it's the season for giving he would work with us. Such a disappointment.
