We left when we noticed adults not following the rules.

My toddler enjoyed playing with all the toys. However, the toys are very worn out and the place didn't look clean. I understand it is hard to keep up with kids playing there all day long, but I think for what they charge it should look better. There was only one person working at the front. She was nice and helpful. They sell some coffee and snacks, but keep in mind is just Keurig coffee. Nothing fancy. They have a sitting area for taking a break and feeding your kids for snack time. That was nice but again, not clean. I don't think we'll be going back, but if you want to try it out, bring some snacks from home and wipes!

It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

Parking is free and plenty of it! They have small horses for the kids to ride on for $5 - total of 4 horses. Then as you keep walking around you come across other rides - each ride $3 or you can pay $10 for 4 rides plus $6 for unlimited time in their massive bounce house. I like the set up of the bounce house because it has a bunch of foldable chairs in front where you can keep a close eye on your child/children. My family got there around 1:45pm and spent 3 hours walking, enjoying the time seeing my nephew on the various rides. If you have children from ages 2-7 years old this is a good place for them to burn some energy. Everyone we came across was very nice and helpful...I can definitely see my family and I coming again.
