I'd give Jeff and his team at Diversified Metal Fabricators a six-star rating if such a thing existed! For my DIY air conditioning installation, I needed several custom pieces because the new evaporator coil was much larger than the old one. This required the entire plenum to be modified. At one point, I wasn't sure how to proceed, but Jeff stepped in and designed a component that worked perfectly. Every request I made was completed quickly and far beyond my expectations. Beware! Horrible service. I asked for an additional flange and was willing to pay and wait but Jesse criticized and didn't want to look at my requirements. The secretary complained because I got there a 1/2hr before closing but they had just told me to come when I'm ready. I left without being able to trust them with the job. The reason I needed the flange was for the description in their name - diverse application but who cares I listened to what Jesse had to say but I wanted the fabrication the way I wanted it and was willing to pay and wait. I'm really sorry this happened I was looking to make a new business connection. I don't want anyone else to have a similar experience - I wasted 4hrs total: two drives out there and two drives back including brief meetings. The first meeting was with Jim he seemed to be having a bad day but I gave him the benefit of a doubt. The second meeting was a disaster the extra flange seemed to drive Jesse batty.
