The main point of contact, Peter, has become unprofessional and rude, and never returns calls as promised. My neighbor and I have reached out to Peter well above 15 to 20 times over the past several months only to be told we're relocating, we've just relocated, we're working with other customers, call me back, I'll call you back, etc. Additionally, I reached out to Peter today (10/26/2021) just to inquire (again) about when might his company be available to come out to my home to provide an estimate on a fence they placed in my yard that has been effected by trees and take a look at my next door neighbor's steel door that his company installed over 20 years ago (as he made a commitment to come out approximately 2 weeks ago but never called or showed up), or determine if he has no interest in working with me or my neighbor (for whatever reason). Today, his unprovoked negative and snide disposition speaks for itself, not to mention during the preparation of this review someone was literally writing comments at the bottom of the screen such as "this review is looking pretty epic! nice!" and "that's all you got". This is what customer service has come to... people just don't care -- SAD.

They also need to switch their philosophy to be "under promise and over deliver" versus heir current approach which is over promise and under deliver. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Unless you want to be scammed out of your deposit and work to never be completed. I wish I would have read the other reviews before we gave them half the money to do the job we hired them to do. The woman answering the phone constantly tells you she is over 90 and there is nothing she can do. Pete never calls back but was certain to deposit the check for the "deposit" the same day. There is something not right going on but please be aware.
