We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We bought the cabinets we wanted from ikea after he gave us the measurements, then their team came and installed them in about two days. They provided the insurance paperwork my building required in advance. They were very professional. I did not remain on site during any of the work. They would call if they had questions. Their pricing was very competitive. Work was very well done, would use them again. There were a few extra parts they ordered which I had already ordered and left for them. When I pointed this out, they immediately deducted the charge for the parts. It is not easy to find good cabinet installers, which I've learned is the most expensive part of a kitchen remodel. Initially we were going to use Home Depot but their prices for cabinetry that was basically the same quality as ikea, was outrageous. Sketch n Build worked great for us.
