A guy named Joe ( who turns out to be the sales manager and friends with buyers) conducted the septic system inspection without anyone present. He told my girlfriend he was there to inspect, so she let him in yard but didn't oversee him. Apparently, my relatively new septic system has failed and will cost me $20k to repair( of course he could do the work) I guess the buyers were still interested , if I would work with them on price. A 2nd opinion and inspection by a reputable company, revealed that TEAM RIP OFF never inspected any of the d-boxes and that my septic system was in perfect working condition( house was only 14yrs old). This 2nd opinion saved me $20k-25K . My agent called the buyers with this great news, but they inexplicably backed out. This TEAM BOGUS inspection cost me the sale of the house! The only explanation was this was a possible SCAM conducted between this company and the buyers, to have me lower the price and RIP-OFF TEAM potentially get the work. From what I have been told, there is no regulation in this industry and this happens all the time. I am contemplating a lawsuit. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY!

After looking over the issue, Bob offered 2 options for a new disposal - which I knew would happen from looking up the issue on some DIY sites. Both options were very reasonable. I ended up choosing the higher priced option, even though Bob was leaning more towards the lower option, which was refreshing in and of itself. While completing the work on replacing the disposal, Bob actually took care of another issue that I had, with no extra charge. Bob was extremely courteous, prompt, and friendly. He was also very respectful - using the little booties that slip over your shoes each time that he came into my house. I would highly recommend Cyrious Plumbing for any issues that you might have. I know I will definitely use Bob should I ever have the need for a plumber again.

I called last week and scheduled a delivery for Monday. I stayed home all day, by my phone, waiting for them to show up. I decided to call after 2 to make sure someone was still coming and the woman first asked if I had canceled my order. When I said I had not, she assured me that they would be there later in the afternoon to early evening. I called again after 6 to see when they'd be coming and the man I spoke to said that he's just tried to call with no answer so he's not coming. After I insisted that I had not gotten any call he said he must have called the wrong number and apologized. I was not happy, but I realize that people make mistakes, so I agreed to have it delivered the next day. This time I asked for a time frame so I wouldn't have to wait at home all day. He said he'd call early in the morning to tell me. I called the next day after 9 because I hadn't received a call and he said that he could come in the afternoon, but that the price of oil has gone up and that it would cost more. When I said this was not acceptable because I had ordered last week at the agreed on price, and waited all day yesterday without them coming, he HUNG UP on me! I couldn't believe it, so I called back. I very calmly told him that I had ordered a service, agreed on a price and that he should deliver my oil as he was supposed to and he HUNG up again. Please do not waste your time with a company that treats people like this and do not deliver what is promised. Now I have waisted a whole week waiting for oil and will end up paying way more because the prices are much higher than they were last week. I'd rather pay $10-20 more per fill and get my oil from a company who doesn't treat their customers this way.
