We went with them because Mark Sharpe, our Project Manager was very inclusive with the estimate. All colors could be changed and he was very detailed in what he thought we needed in wood rot repair. To us, it seemed like the other estimates had wide variances in what could be added during the project. A couple of things did come up throughout the project that were impossible to see high up on the house and he kept up communication, showed us pictures and explained what we needed in great detail. The team worked diligently, they were polite, the products used were very high quality and you can tell they take great pride in their work. One of the leads, Jeffrey made sure we were happy before they left and Mark followed up to make sure we were happy as well. Michael does pitiful substandard drywall work. I would never hire him again. We hired him to…read moredrywall our basement for 3 rooms and a bathroom. He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.

Imagination stepped up to finish the work and what a difference! They had many "work around" situations that had to be repaired and were able to fix things without having to tear everything out and start over. The daily site supervision kept everything flowing smoothly and moving forward so they were even able to finish ahead of schedule. When needed, Cameron and Ray both jumped in to do work themselves. They treated our home like their own. The quality of their work was outstanding and at the end of the job, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied.
