Looking to Yelp, I found a few candidates and used the multiple quote feature to ask several businesses for quotes. Most weren't able to work within my timeline, or got back to me after I had hired Aloha Detailing. I will tell you that most of the others gave quotes that were less expensive than what I paid. However, I do believe I got my money's worth. I wish I had before/after pictures to share - unfortunately, I didn't think to take any. But, I can tell you that my truck (black Ford F-150) was an orange/brown/mud/dirt/poop color and the inside was filthy. When they were done, it looked as close to brand new as a 2014 vehicle could. The interior was spotless and the exterior shone like it had just come off the showroom floor... assuming someone on the showroom floor had taken the time to go around an put little nicks and scratches here and there on the paint. But even those looked better, believe it or not. The plastic and rubber was still sun-faded, but looked far less aged than before, and I could see the gold flecks in the paint again. I had forgotten how good this truck looks. The only complaint I'd have is that the scent used in the interior was overpowering at first, but that did fade within a day or two and ended up being a non-issue. Considering how bad the truck smelled before they cleaned it, I can only assume they had no choice. Kerwin (the owner) is also a good guy who's easy to talk to and easy to work with. He and his team have a great work ethic... everyone in my office kept looking outside saying "Are they STILL working on your truck?!?" Worth the money. Definitely.

Not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with this car wash when I stopped by in the Monument area…read more After the wash was done, I spent more than 30 minutes cleaning all the dirt and mud off my vehicle and the tires/rims didn't even look like water had hit them. The clean towels weren't damp or good quality, and they pretty much spread the dirt around instead of wiping it up. I eventually got tired of being there and found a self serve car wash in Denver on my way home to finish rinsing my rims/tires/and wheel wells. I got about 3 pros but they weren't for the actual wash itself. 1) Great views of the mountains 2) Attendant was super nice and asked if I wanted free dash wipes and a ice scraper with my purchase as well 3) They have a machine that you can put your floor mats in and it washes them for you. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this car wash with so many other better options available that feel more like the total package. You do not get your value here. Update from owners response - I guess they are aware of how mediocre their car wash is if they have customers that frequent the place running it through a second time. I can name so many other places that do it right the first time, which should be the standard. Also, there was not dirt/mud build up over time, that was a same day issue. Water from the car wash didn't even touch the rims/tires/wheel wells either, waste of money in my opinion. Don't get shafted by this place. I know better now myself.

I have been a regular customer at Take 5 Car Wash and have generally had positive…read moreexperiences--until my vehicle was damaged on-site. The site manager, to his credit, has been professional and helpful. He even acknowledged and approved my damage claim on video, and assisted me in contacting corporate support. Despite this, my multiple attempts to reach the new District Manager, Gavin Norris and Liz at the corporate level have been ignored. I sent video proof of the manager confirming the claim was valid, yet I have received no response in over 24 hours. Additionally, calls to Gavin now go straight to voicemail with no return communication. I filed a formal complaint on the company's website on April 9, to which Liz from Support responded by stating that Take 5 is not responsible for the damage--contradicting the manager's on-site approval. Liz also confirmed that site-level management is responsible for investigating and reporting claims, which I had already documented on video. This incident has now dragged on for over a month. I have made every effort to resolve the matter through proper channels, but it is clear that Take 5 Car Wash is refusing to accept responsibility for damage their equipment caused, despite on-site acknowledgment and supporting evidence. I urge others to read through similar complaints. This appears to be a recurring issue, and unless addressed, could constitute a pattern of negligence.
