My husband gradated with his PhD, I wanted to have a graduation party for him and Cathy was able to plan a memorable BBQ, The next two occasions that we had catered where First Communion Parties for our children. Cathy took the time to involve the children in the planning of the event and even accommodating their request. Such as no cake for one party and chicken fingers for another party. I have even called Cathy for last minute catering needs and have always been pleased with the end result. Most recently Cathy catered a dinner prior to homecoming in our home for a group of 10 high school teenagers. The evening was wonderful and everyone was excited to have such a wonderful meal. Finally, I enjoy having Cathy and her staff in my home, since they are all very cordial and always willing to accommodate in anyway possible. I didn't know there were at least four kinds of beans available in the side but yum! The Green beans were solid, cooked in/with butter. Upon finishing our delicious lunch we went across the parking lot to the creamery. They had vegan options so I got one vanilla and one chocolate. They started out as a food truck operation serving delicious smoked meats like pulled pork and ribs. They're signature is the steak tips. Oh mama! The steak tips are served perfectly seasoned and tender over a bed of rice. My mouth is watering just typing this review. They moved into a building in order to expand their operation and be able to cook for their catering business. During Covid, they ran their food truck in the parking lot of their business and set up a tent in order to provide the opportunity to serve their delicious meal offerings while complying with state mandated Covid protocols. Most recently, they have now opened on the weekends for take-out only. I had the fried Haddock which was delicious. It was fried to a deep golden brown and the fish was delicate and flaky. I opted for a side of their creamy homemade mac-and-cheese which is also a favorite for most to include me. They have a baked North Atlantic Salmon option with a lemon dill Dijon cream sauce or a teriyaki glaze. They offer smoked ribs and pulled pork, roasted potatoes, pasta and meatballs, homemade bread and peppers and oil, garden or Caesar salads, a few sandwich options and more.
