At this point I've been waiting a month for the prescription. 1) what kind of wellness company let alone PHYSICIAN orders from A pharmacy and doesn't even track their own prescriptions? They ordered it then never even saw it got sent back/ wrong location, whatever the excuse (they gave me different reasons each time). I literally had to call them after all this time then they say "oh sorry wel get it now for you" and couldn't after almost a month of screwing around. They told me they "have so much" and can't keep up with it but honestly it's just bad business and laziness. 2) even after all this they wouldn't call me the day I was coming in to get it, just to say they still don't have it.
