We had Roger and his Crew pour a nice size patio in back yard. They did a great job and completed before expected. Kept us updated along the way and all were very friendly and professional. The yard was cleaned up nicely. Definitely will have them back for future projects. read more

As an update to my previous review. The owner cancelled the check that he owed my wife a few days later. Rather illegal. We have since taken him to court where he failed to show each time. The judge finally issued a statement, stating if he did not show an arrest warrant would be issued. He finally contacted my wife saying he was not aware of the court hearing when we had him served twice. He then stated he will issue the check as directed by the court, and he was fully aware of the routine as I guess he's been been through this before. The PI had to track him down. If you need the steps to take him to court to get your money back, please message me. The private investigator only charged $75 to find him and serve him. And you can submit the papers to court yourself without paying a lawyer. Seems he makes it difficult to find his home address but we did. I do work in the construction business and I am fully aware of the standards and codes. He chose not to follow codes snd cut corners. Please be careful. From what I've heard, he will no longer be offering his services to the private market, this, in itself, speaks volumes. If you have problems, get a lawyer, hire private investigator, find him and sue him for money owed. He will pay eventually as he did with us. Warning. Do not pick this contractor. No patio project should require the customers have to call the police. Unable to communicate/unresponsive. 2.5 hours late when he eventually showed a different day. . When I asked him about the process ahead and if he will be using the basic standards for a poured patio he became increasingly agitated, informing me he did things his way only. I asked one of his workers a question when I realized he had left the job site. He returned and demanded I only talk to him and no one else. At that point he was in my face, raising his voice, becoming more distraught and demanding I don't talk to anyone. We eventually had to call the police due to how he was becoming, feeling rather threatened This was terrible experience not to be repeated. The police did show, they decided to stay until him and his team left, they also asked if we wanted to press charges which we declined. He wrote on our contract that we were not allowed to slander!! Very poor communication from this company. I had to keep calling to find out when the work would be done, then when it was finally completed only one of two jobs quoted was done and that job was only half done. They were supposed to haul off all the brush piles in my yard, pick up brush from the yard and mow. . They claim they were only told about half of them. Got them back out to complete yard cleanup and mow they just created another pile of brush in stead of hauling away the limbs and sticks they picked up to mow. No payment instructions were left at time of service and an invoice was mailed to me a week later. There were no payment terms on the invoice so I planned on paying it with my bills at the end of the month. I received a voicemail from Roger a week later wanting to know where his check was and threatening to come back to my house and dump the sticks he picked up in my driveway. This was the most unprofessional communication I have ever had with a business. I will never do business with this company again or with any company that Roger is associated with. read more

My husband and I hired Divine Concrete in the fall of 2017 to put in a stamped patio for us in the spring of 2018. When April came around, we contacted Roger to set a time and he replied immediately and said he would check his schedule and would get back to us. Three weeks later we repeated the process and Roger said he would check his schedule and get back to us. After a third time, he finally set a date and he came and put in our patio. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Right after it was completed we were happy. We then noticed that the concrete work around the concrete step looked shoddy. It looked like careless work. We are embarrassed of our patio: we have had people ask us what happened there? We contacted Roger. He called us right back and said he would look at his schedule and get back to us. He came out to look at it and he admitted that it did look bad. One of his workers said "At least it is on the side of the step" and nobody would notice! Roger said he would get back when his schedule lightened up. We have contacted Roger more than once since June ( it is now November) to remind him not to forget, but he still has not been by to resolve the problem. Roger and his guys are nice and they say what we want to hear but they don't always follow through and we are not happy with their workmanship. read more
