My dog Kobe is a big boy at 171 lbs, and we've had issues at other places with getting him onto the grooming platform but not here. They handled him with total confidence and care, which immediately put both of us at ease. They truly made him feel safe and loved. He came home shiny, clean, and looking incredible. What really stood out was that the manager Catherine who has personal experience with Great Danes went the extra mile by offering helpful solutions for his dry skin which I really appreciated. When I picked him up, he was happy and relaxed which says everything. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with. We will absolutely be regulars here. Highly recommend! I picked up my dog and her hair was SHORT and her fur on her tail was nearly gone! She looks like a rat! And then afterwards I noticed that she didn't even trim her face right, her fur on her left side was longer so some of her hair was covering my dog's left eye! And she didn't even trim/grind her nails even! Like how are you a groomer and yet you couldn't even trim a dog's nail properly?? Petco/Petsmart would've done a better job than what I just paid for! First they over charged us from what we were quoted we had three dogs done here on this day with the same groomer. Our dogs are groomed regularly no nots and tangles. We ended up paying $450 for three dogs 2 at 40lbs and 1 at 25lbs I may add all we had them do was shave them and give them a bath. No nail trimming or other services. But this is not the reason for the bad review. The problem is are 25lb doodle has been walking with a limp since we got him back. With multiple trips to the vet I can say this grooming cost me way more than $450 at this point. And to watch my dog limp and cry bc his paw hurts so bad really upsets me as I have never had an issue with my dog in the past.

It was wonderful and they did a fantastic job grooming our Yorkiepoo and Shih Tzu. They looked liked show dogs when they were done grooming them.
