This experience was so amazing on many levels. First of all, Sharon lives a half mile away from me as I live in the Meridian so it couldn't have been more convenient to drop off and pick up my puppy. Also, Sharon and her daughter Nicole are such complete sweethearts. They really do put a lot of love and attention into the work that they do. Sharon called me ahead of time and we spoke about my Cairn Terrier, Piper and exactly what we wanted to do. Piper has very course and wiry hair and I wanted to keep it that way. She is only seven months old and this was her first, Ever grooming experience so I was a little bit nervous, of course. After our phone conversation I felt so much better. Also, Sharon texted me back and forth prior to our appointment and was very responsive to any questions that I had. She let me know to send over her up-to-date vaccinations for her records and she also let me know that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, she was not letting people into her house so I would drop off Piper at the door. I told her no problem at all! She was so, completely apologetic about it in the same way as I would be because I love people but safety and health always comes first. On the day of arrival, I was greeted by Nicole, her daughter. She was so sweet and I felt good leaving Piper in their care. She was doing a full grooming so they said it would take about an hour and a half. About an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes later, Sharon texted me a bunch of photos of Piper and she looked adorable. She also let me know that because when Piper was spayed they shaved her whole stomach and even up on her side, in an effort to make her even all over, Sharon had to go a little bit shorter than I had asked. It wasn't a problem because she looked amazing and smelled amazing. When I dropped Piper off I was given paperwork to sign and fill out for their records. I'm assuming because I was a first time customer. I was so excited by the photos of cute little baby Piper that I got in my car and started driving, only to realize that I forgot the paperwork and had to turn back around. Again, the convenience of being a half mile away didn't bother me at all. When I showed up, I finally met Sharon and we all clicked right away. They have such great, positive energy, and even texted me after thanking me for being so sweet. This entire experience was so enjoyable. They also offer a spa day for only $25. It's not a full grooming, but they do a shampoo and conditioning. My fiancé and I said we would probably get her groomed every month and maybe throw in a spa day as well. We will be seeing a lot more of you and I am so happy I found this place on Yelp. It's not always easy being the new kids in town because you have to reestablish all of your relationships, but this one was easy, convenient, and special.The ratings and reviews were great on Yelp where I discovered them and now I understand why. read more

Sharon and Nicole are very talented and extremely kind and loving to my Yorkiepoo babies! They always smell and look so good and it lasts for so long! I have never experienced a more unprofessional small business. I live in the same neighborhood as this business and reached out about a very simple trim for 2 areas of my 9 pound, 7 month old puppy. I asked for a quote and appointment availability. I received a response letting me know that she was on vacation and would respond the following day. This was no problem. The following day I revived a message stating that she would respond after 5:30pm that day. Still no problem. At nearly 7pm I followed up as I had not received a response. I revived the following: "So sorry. Out picking up a much needed prescription. In regards to pricing, I apologize I can't quote without doing the work first and seeing your precious puppy. I know I have a handful of openings but can text back once I'm able to pick up script." I was then informed that she could not even provide me a ballpark price and wouldn't quote a price at all until after she did the work. Who would agree to pay an unknown amount of money for a service? Would she price gouge me and then hold my pet hostage until I paid whatever sum she demanded? Nearly 36 hours after I first reached out, I had received multiple texts and Facebook messages from her, but absolutely no answers to my inquiry. She proceeded to call me rude when I said I would take my business elsewhere. Then went on to tell me about her sisters husband that just died and that she just buried multiple people. While tragic, this was completely irrelevant to my inquiry about a trim for my dog. Even after being called rude, I expressed my condolences and thanked her for her time. She then sent me screen shots of our conversation (that i was clearly already present for) called me rude a few more times and then blocked me before I was able to ask her to stop contacting me. I am literally mind blown about this experience and so glad that I found out about this "business" and their customer service before I ever trusted her with my dog. I wish I could give her 0 stars. Beware of trusting your beloved pets with this business. read more

When she actually sees my dogs, she does a great job. Problem is that she is always forgetting are appointments. Always ask if I am a brand new client (have seen her at least 10 times). The last three times: 1- took 6 hours to cut my dogs hair, reason some BS, no I am sorry for the delay. She even charged me more than usual price 2 - forgot my appointment. I sent her the text she sent me with appointment reminder. She acted like she was doing me a favor. 3- same thing as above number 2.
