(I lost over 22 lbs) Due to some tragedy in my personal life, I gained the weight back. I was now at a place that I wanted to return to HCG. I also wanted more of a nutritional coach and guidance experience. What I received was completely the opposite with Ellen from South Shore. Perhaps your experiences will differ, but I wanted to warn people (especially those women who are vulnerable & have limited funds), to stray away from this "online" facility. If you need HCG, you can purchase from reputable doctors online for a FRACTION of the cost. Otherwise, as far as nutritional coach/HCG search elsewhere. This was my experience. You decide. When I first spoke to Ellen, she was very knowledgeable about HCG, but tried to sell her approach as "you have a one on one coach..." Her experiences will make HCG a better experience and better results. I should have hung up when she said she STOPPED seeing clients in her office. She was focusing on her new nutritional business and didn't have time, but assured me it would be the same experience. REMEMBER, I am not a child, but a woman who really wanted to return to HCG and be healthy. She was also local, a single mom apparently,etc etc. How untrusting should I be? I'm not a big girl by any means. I weighed in at 158 at 5'5". I just knew this time around I need more of a one on one. PROGRAM: For me she suggested doing a 3 week on, break and then 3 week back on program (my daughter was getting married). She emailed pamphlets (many of which I had because of my past with HCG) So I was ready to go!First, you are to text her your weight the day before and day of program. YOU and all her other customers are do this every day. That's how she "follows" your activity. COST: $750 (Ellen gave me a discount) A 40 day program (HCG, HCG kit w/syringes and her counselling) Then she said I should get "Oxy-Powder (120 caps) that help with regulating our bathroom habits. She said she has a special price $150. (SIDE NOTE: I have the receipt for a bottle, fresh, new that I recently purchased for $41.) Well, almost 2 weeks into it I emailed Ellen and advised I was hungry. (I SAVED THE TEXTS) She didn't get back to me until almost 3 days later. She said to change dosage. OK, change dosage. Slightly helped, but not enough. Then at almost 3 weeks, I texted about her course of plan for stopping at 3 weeks, etc. She was clueless. I called her and explained what we discussed. Clueless. Remember, all YOU do is text her everyday. She had no idea what plan she gave me and changes she initially told me I would be doing. She said just stay on program. I did. when I thought I was at my 40 day marker, I called Ellen. I told her I struggled and in the PAST DID NOT. I went from 158 to 146, the latter was a very big struggle. She said it was my fault for not complying. Complying to what? She DID NOT OFFER one on one counseling. You can't do that via texts and yes, I should have terminated, but that's a lot of money to lose. What did she offer after telling me it was me?She said "you will have to start all over again..." instead of trying Phase 3. She also said, "there's a new approach you can do...we are seeing better results" WAIT, new approach? I asked her why didn't you tell me this a month ago? Her answer was vague about experimenting with patients. Now after hearing that, no way in Heck would I give them more money, but I HAD to ask, How much for that program? ready...$850? really instead of putting me on Phase 3 you are offering me up to be a guinea pig? Well, I said no and explained why I would NEVER EVER go back or recommend her facility. I did get down to 146 ON MY OWN, put back 5 and working back to 146 with the help of online support group, etc. I paid $750 plus $150 for NOTHING, expect misguidance and a chance to be part of science. Ellen can offer up "happy" customers etc., but I would be deemed to speak to clients of late...within the last 6 months. Not about losing weight, but cost and during the process. Anyone? Do yourselves a favor, there are wonderful and legitimate support groups for HCG and purchases. If you're looking for a Nutritionist, that I would do separately. Again, I have all texts saved and documented. I have all receipts saved. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but this was a must.

The burning sensation I had as a result of a pinched nerve got better with her treatment that includes cupping and other methods besides acupuncture. After an especially painful "spoon scraping" of my arm that was supposed to increase blood flow to the injured area, I was left with a huge hematoma that was supposed to disappear after a week but remained for 3 months. I'm not someone who bruises easily. Other than that the place is wonderfully quiet, clean with a very friendly staff.
