She explained every movements clearly, offered helpful corrections, provided challenges, and created a supportive environment. I'm already noticing improvement in my strength and balance, and I always leave class feeling better than when I came in. I highly recommend Club Pilates for anyone at any level. My instructor and owner of the studio Leanne Neville is SUPER AMAZING ! The studio has 6 reformers so it's more of an intimate vibe in the class. Every time I come to a class you don't know what the workout is which I like! Bring on the challenge .
