Rushed, rude, and unprofessional. I came in for a simple French manicure--no gel--and was treated dismissively from the start. The polish was wrinkled and uneven, older woman pretended nothing was wrong, and when I asked for fixes she spoke about me in another language and barely corrected the mistakes. Spent 20 minutes waiting for an appointment I made a week ahead of time. No one told me there was no one there to complete my manicure. worst pedi ever the day before Christmas! even though I had an appointment I sat and waited for about 40 minutes. This is typical in this salon but I was desperate to have my toes done as I had just visited the podiatrist and he sanded my toenails down to make them less thick. I got a very mediocre pedicure. when she was finished, I hated the color and the nails weren't even smooth at all underneath. I didn't care but the big toes looked wavy and weird. I couldn't go in the day after Christmas to have it fixed but I called yesterday and they told me to come in right away. I couldn't come in until today. They pretended they knew what I was talking about, that I had spoken with someone. Then the girls started to fill up the tub. I just had a pedicure a few days ago! I told her I just wanted my nails to be smooth. I paid 47+ tip equals $57 and my nails looked terrible. When I was just about finished I had to use the bathroom after she made a face and drained the water out of the tub she told me to just "sit there and dry." She gave me no feet protectors so I went barefoot to the bathroom. when I came back I'd thought they seemed dry so I got up to leave. The owner chased me out to the parking lot trying to get money from me. After she checked with the person I spoke with yesterday, she said OK you're all set have a nice New Year's! after I had been home for about 15 minutes they called me and told me I had to pay anyway and that this is the second time they had to repair something for me. Says a lot about their service. And then they tried to treat me like a criminal. Stay away unless you don't care about good service. read more

Great color selection. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have had different technicians for gel manicures, dip manicures and pedicures and they have all done a great job. They are always super busy so definitely call ahead. I appreciate that they are currently still requiring masks. read more

I came here on Sunday because I was looking for a place in my new town. They did my acrylic fill and pedicure, they left all my corners sharp and they catch on everything. It is now Friday and all of my nails are snagging and some nails The acrylic has broken off, I'm guessing they did them too thin. I stopped in today after work (the only day I could stop in) because I want them fixed, they didn't have any time. They should've dropped everything to fix them but instead they chose not to and to get a bad review. I will never come here again considering they were more expensive and did the worst job. read more

I am from out of town and called an hour ahead to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was enthusiastic and courteous which set the tone nicely for my manicure and pedicure appointment. I went in on a Monday evening. It was quiet and relaxing. I got a pampering pedicure and a gel manicure which last 2.5 weeks! I felt taken care of and 100% satisfied with the service. The prices are great too. I'd go back again for sure! read more

I recently moved to the area and decided last minute to get a mani-pedi before a party I was going to in a few hours. I drove by and stopped here. Boy, am I glad I did. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and it was the best leg massage ever! Seriously, I tipped her double of what I normally do because the leg massage was so good and longer than any other places I have been too. I've been here a few times now. It's always busy when I go which says something. The pedicures are amazing! They take their time and I've been happy with the results. However, I've tried to call ahead to schedule an appointment, and I've also witnessed others do this as well, and have gotten stuck waiting anyways. Up to a half hour or more after the "scheduled" appointment time. I let it slide because I'm happy with the results but this is definitely frustrating since people make appointments for a reason. Also, the last woman I had spoke way too soft and unclear and she seemed to get frustrated with me asking her "what?" The previous women I've had here were awesome though! I'm still trying to decide if I will give this place a second chance. I went here today for the first time for a pedicure and they were busy. A middle-aged, well-dressed woman who I think was the manager did my pedicure and it was one of the worst I've ever received. She was extremely friendly but I don't think she had a clue what she was doing. She cut my nails so short that it hurt when she filed them. I purposely leave my nails long so they can trim them to a nice length and shape when I get a pedicure and she cut them down to the quick. She also did a lazy job of scrubbing my calluses. With the tool that looks like a cheese grater, she was moving it side to side (wrong direction) so that the tool wasn't even doing what it's intended to do. She barely trimmed my cuticles. She didn't even file the nails on my left foot, only the right foot. She also interrupted my pedicure several times to stand up and greet customers who walked into the shop. I am so grateful that she had one of the other employees paint my nails (which came out decent) so that my feet weren't totally messed up. Basically, I could've done the same job if not better on my own at home, and I would've been $32 + tip richer. The only thing I can't complain about is the leg massage which was great but she spent a lot of time on one leg and did the other one very briefly. Lastly, it was the longest pedicure I've ever had. It lasted 90 minutes and caused my butt to go numb from sitting in the chair for so long. If I did ever go back, it would have to be during the week when it's less busy. read more

Terrible nail salon. Had an appointment at 2:15 and they made me wait 30 minutes....Rushed my acrylics, rough with the electric buffer and file and cut my fingers. She painted my nails the wrong color and then put matte over the glitter on my ring finger which later on when dry made the glitter look like a white clumpy mess. She left specks of nail polish all over my hands I had to remove with polish remover myself when I got home. The acrylics looked awful!! Absolutely worst nail salon experience I have ever ever had not worth the $40. Then come to find out my friends mom went there for a pedicure and her toe ended up getting infected and the nail had to be surgically removed!!! Do not recommend this salon at all I wish I never went knowing what I know now! read more

Despite always calling ahead and making appointments whenever I show up at my scheduled time I am forced to wait for an excessive period of time.
