Just got these done a few hours ago and noticed all the missed spots, where chrome color should be.

The customer service for sure and the quality of the work they do. Definitely will not go back.

Lynn did an amazing job on my nails and worked with me to achieve the style/design I wanted. I'm very happy with the results and I would recommend this salon. I will be a repeat customer!!!

Highly recommend! Elaine replies quickly to set up appointment. Nancy did great on my Manicure and Lucy does a really good job pedicure! Didn't feel rushed whatsoever, they take their time. I'm really picky with my nails and how they come out, but didn't have to worry about that with Nancy nor Lucy!

My nail tech was on vacation for a month usually I go to Stockton but wanted to take my mom to get her nails done. I went to get a color change as I had just had my nails filled the week before but needed to change the color for pictures. My mother got a full set. My nail tech was sweet but you can tell she probably only did pedis by how uncomfortable she looked. I figured it was just a color change so it was fine. My nails are nothing but lumps not one is smooth. They were filed super thin and I asked to not file down anymore since she was taking off all of the acrylic, the color was already off. She attempted to straightened the shape but unfortunately changed the shape on the sides and now they are super flat and all pointing upward. I have clear coat on over the red but my sides were not covered and the color was still tacky to the touch, kind of sticky still and I didn't notice until I went home because once I was done, I got distracted by the fact the guy said $30 for a color change. I asked why so much he said because my nails were long but I was there for a color change last time my tech was out of town in the end of August and it was $25. my nails are always the same length, I am very consistent with my nails and I have expectations. I do not mind paying for quality. I check my mother's nails because she keeps picking something off her skin quietly and she said the woman used her nails to push my mom's side wall down and did it so hard that it sliced her skin open. she pulled away and then the woman put something on her skin from her drawer and brushed it with the monomer after. she asked what that was and she said super glue. she put super glue on an open cut and then put the same brush in the liquid and kept doing her nails. at that point my mom was visily upset. she didnt want to leave with half done nails so she let her finnish, just asked her to please be easy not so rough. i was upset and told the guy that the quality was not there he showed me a price book like that has anything to do with thr QUALITY. They are thick to the tip nails and she asked multiple times to be thinned out. The nail tech did what she wanted. I am so disappointed in the customer service and quality. My mother's set was $45 for very short sloppy shaped, half square half round, sloppy nail color with a super glued cut. The picture looks like a little slice but it is a piece of my mother's skin that was ripped upwards and now glued down. Not sanitary. i wish i got a picture before she peeled off the glue, these were taken after. you can see in the pictures the color doesn't even go to the cuticle, it stops. They do not strive for quality just quantity. The care about how many people come in and out of the door and it was clear. Obviously, we will not be back. Not a surprise. If you are looking for quality go to Loan at Dilas Nails in Stockton.

I visit Divine Nails & Spa every 14 days. My nail tech is Nancy. she's so great at what she does and have all the patience in the world. She always welcome you with a Smile even though she's wearing a face mask you can tell she's giving you a smile. I also go here for eye brow waxing with Nancy also. Some times I spent a lot of hours in this salon because the nail designs I get require of a Maximum of 4 hrs includinga pedicure. Also Mandy who has done nails for my friend does a great job. My friend never had her nails done before and Mandy did them and she was happy with the work. She made her feel comfortable at all times. Lynn has also done pedicure and nails for a friend, she is also great. Every time I come here I walk out happy I would recommend this Nail salon to everyone who wants to relax. This is the place! Thank you girls for making us feel welcome every morning we come by.

I've been coming to this place since I moved to Lathrop from the Bay Area. I've always done gel manicure/pedicure. Sometimes they get the job done well and sometimes sloppy but it was still ok. Yesterday I had the worse manicure ever. I didn't get the gel because I wanted my nails to take a break. I was charged $5 to remove the gel which is fine with me but as soon I got home I noticed what a sloppy job the lady did. This morning all my polish is peeling and I got this for an event tomorrow. I will never go back here. When I pay a higher price I want a job well done. Reply to the owner: regular polish doesn't peel off in 12 hours. Plus the cleaning was NOT done well either. Yes you fixed one nail that I ruined to get money out of my purse but still this doesn't justify the sloppy job that was done. I waited more than 29 mins for the nails to dry and that one you fixed is va use I told your tech to redo it since it was messed up to begin with. Come on don't you see the pictures? This is 12 hours and also other reviews are mentioning the same thing. Instead of being defensive you could get your staff more training.

I have come here now 4 times the first time was amazing! The second and third as well. Today I got a different lady and well it was very fast and not the same service as before. But, I was happy with the pedicure. It's a very friendly environment and I feel very comfortable. I will continue to come here just maybe stick to the same person that gives the extra effort. Would recommend this nail salon over all.

The pedicure comparatively I was super disappointed because I had a 4:15 appointment, they sat me in a pedicure ( which nails salon use as a tactic to keep you from leaving and pretend like they are about to start on you.) however the technician didn't start until about 4:35 pm and she was literally rushing through the whole thing. Massaged my legs for like 20 seconds each leg- trimmed my nails, filed them and painted them all within 20 minutes. Great on the efficiency but terrible because I came to relax and now probably won't come back here as a result. For $32 this was not worth it- it's basically $32 for a polish change! I've had my hand nails done here and the girls have done well but this pedicure was NOT worth it. The other place I go to gives me hot stones and towels with a proper massage for $35!

I always come to this nail salon everyone is professional and nice makes me feel at home. Lynn recently did my toes I love them!!!

Worst customer service ever went in for a polish change remove dip polish, and put on gel polish with a manicure. What I got was a manicure that consist of cold water, no push back or cuticles removed, and then putting on water down gel polish, they put too much Acetone remover in the polish. It started peeling as soon as I got home and I tried to braid my hair. It started coming off. Crazy went back they removed it but I will never go there again. I listen as the owner answered the phone. (Rudely)listen as she talk to people I'm just of the old school. If you gonna be here in the US, you need to adapt our behavior not us, adapt your behavior. And prices based on who you are. read more

The massage with the hot stones was really nice, the girl that did my pedi was very bleh. It is pretty expensive, gel is additional $15c to remove gel it's $5. Never had a salon charge me for the removal. I chose my color, the girl did a good job, clean, none around the edges but didn't even dry, by the time I got into my car my polish had little indents. Good thing I have a Uv light and gel polishes here at home so I'll fix it later but I wouldn't recommend. Not somewhere where I would go back. If I would've gotten everything I wanted it would've been a $70 pedi **if you review negatively, be prepared to get late night messages nonstop. read more

Acrylic nails done by Tina! Absolutely beautiful. My biggest issue when I get my nails done are always design and if the acrylic is too thick. I also have small nails which makes it hard for designs. Tina did a beautiful job with my nails! She was super gentle, quick, and very nice. It turned out so beautiful and i cant wait to get them done with her again read more

Mandy double books appointments. I've been a customer here for about 3 years. One of the best nail techs there is Vi (I highly recommend) From my recent experience unless you find a tech that you schedule an appt with, scheduling an appointment does not seem to matter. You most likely you will still have to sit and wait even if you do schedule an appointment in advance. Very disappointed with the customer service here because usually Mandy is very courteous and respectable of other people's time but my last two appointments have not been great and I will not be returning. You take our cell phone number down when you book the appointment, it would be nice if you called us if there were any changes or delays with the appointment time. read more

It is my second time here and the ladies do a good job. They have taken the time during my pedicure to make sure it comes out good. I do regular polish only and I really dislike when the entire nail is not covered by the color like on the sides or when they don't do enough layers. The two different ladies have done a good job at this and at keeping my nails even. and one of them did such an amazing foot massage. I just wish the hand massage for the manicure was longer. The prices were accesible compared to other places I've been. The place is clean and the receptionist if is very friendly. read more

Been going here for a few years and it's like if training isn't being done or they just try to rush the pedicures. Went before my vacation and I asked for a nice French tip with a design or some stones and she says no because she doesn't think they'll look good on me. I gave it a try again on Friday and thought I'd splurge and get gels bad idea I have gel all over my skin I was peeling it off the. I told her she did the color wrong and she just laughed and said they look good I said no and left. It's too much money to not get what I ask for and just get laughed at. read more

Good work but prices are sketchy. I get gel on my pedicure and most do now days and $60 for a pedicure is hard to justify. Especially since the scrubbing is not that deep. My feet are not jacked up but that does not mean you do not need to skip the effort to maintain the softness. read more

I PAID $112 FOR AN MANI AN PEDI WITH GEL!! The lady said the gel would last two weeks an it started chipping the very next day (I have very short nails) the pedi was more expensive (I believe it was $67) because I chose one that was supposed to be an 60 min with a massage. They were not busy but the lady that did my nails an toes was acting so rushed. She would talk to me in English then speak her language to the other employees an they would start laughing... ( not saying they were talking about me but this makes customers feel very uncomfortable) This isn't the first time I have been here I went twice before for acrylic but they always lifted within a few days so I decided to try something new. My appointment was at 3pm an I was there for 1 hour even tho my $67 pedi stated on the paper it's a 60 min pedi. I definitely recommend driving a little farther to Manteca/ Modesto/ Stockton or even Lodi before going here. Cheaper prices an better results. read more

I enjoy coming here. It's close and convenient from where I live and the nail techs and nice and friendly. Their pricing is pretty decent as well. I like going to Vi or Jenny for nails/pedi. I would recommend making an appointment especially during the holiday seasons and weekends! I normally come here after work but I still call ahead and make an appointment just in case. read more

**Walk-ins are welcome!** This place did so well. The staff was so nice and did a great job! I came in with super dry and cracked cuticles from washing my hands 24/7, but the lady fixed my nails up so nicely. A lifesaver! I got a gel manicure and it was $34, but it was definitely worth it. No pain from filing, no lumps from painting, no cuts, no polish anywhere else besides the nails. The hand massage at the end was also very enjoyable! read more

I'm giving three stars because I've been here about four times, but the last time was not good. Every other time I LOVED my nails and I felt like they really took time to make everything right for me. They were so helpful with finding the right color(s) for me, and they have all the good colors. I really felt comfortable. This time, I swear the woman spent like only 7 minutes on my pedicure and completely rushed my nails. And when I say rushed I mean filing hard and fast, clipping hard and fast (which made me nervous), didn't allow me to get up to rinse all the nail dust off of my fingers (I've never had that happen to me). Forgetting which finger she left off on because she kept messing around with her cell phone. Actually answered a call while she was helping me. Sent a text while she was helping me. Forgot which nail color she was supposed to be using. Had to remind her to file down specific fingers. Yeah, it was just an all around mess. Horrible customer service. And the outcome?? Two thumbs that didn't match. If one nail was shorter than the other, then make all the nails match the shortest one. I let her know in advance that I don't like long nails and I prefer to keep them short and neat. Oh, the other outcome...a bad polish job. I come here on my lunch break so I don't have time to ask them to make corrections; I have to get back to work. So it's really disappointing when things don't go right. I will return here but I definitely won't get the ladies who helped me this time. read more

My wife came here for the first and last time. This place did a horrible job, cut her finger cause they were in a hurry. They had to put some other crap on it to stop it from bleeding that burned. Then their paint job was crap!! Stay far away from this dive and spend a little more at a place they will take their time and do a better job. read more

It's one of the worst nail salons in the area! My daughter and I went today for a pedi - they rushed it and was done in 20 minutes and did a bad job on my daughter's; while the manicure - I still have some cuticles and bubbles, plus, the lady didn't know when I said I wanted the almond-shaped nails. She goes, "I'll show you!" And she just started by making it a square shaped. Additionally, they kept yapping, making fun of one of their coworkers, and it's so unprofessional! I didn't care to ask her/their names, as ALL of them are double thumbs down! read more

Been coming to divine nails since they opened. Everyone here is so good and kind and the owner Mandy always makes sure everything is clearly explained & that all your requests are met. The prices for everything are posted allll over the salon & they always double check with you before doing anything so theres no surprises. They use only the best products and ive once gone over a month without a fill without breaking a nail- they are so good here! Also really appreciate alll the precautions they're taking in this COVID time era. Will never ever go anywhere else! read more

I haven't been rushed like this before. She left me with jagged edges and crooked French tips. She was in such a hurry, she didn't allow the acrylic to dry so the black smudged on the clear and then proceeds to blame me. So I politely corrected her and told her she didn't allow the black to dry, so of course it was going to smear. I asked about things along the way because I can tell she was in such a rush. Great place, clean well ventilated, and provide a variety of options. The Mandy is great at her craft preferred manicurist. There several well trained manicurist available. Vi is my favorite for pedicures very detailed and gives a great massage. read more

Not only did my visit go poorly due to my nail getting cut into deeply when I repeatedly said it hurt ! And they still processed to trim! The gentleman at the front was extremely nice and welcoming, I believe he was the owners husband. However, the nail tech was a little rough and shaky. At first I wasn't sure if it was just me or if she was indeed being rough. UNTIL I felt a sharp pain while she was using that little gadget to file. She was rough enough that she cut me several times. I was slightly bleeding at one point and she just said "it's ok." The cut in my right thumb is pretty deep and burns so bad when I wash my hands or attempted to wash my hair. The nail glue was stuck to my skin, which is annoying. The nails themselves aren't terrible just my experience was. I am new to the area, so I scope some other spots out before returning to give it another shot. ADDITION TO REVIEW: I wrote this 2 star review as it was my honest opinion. I never contacted the seller or Divine nails. Much to my surprise, the owner contacted me and asked if I would go back in and allow her to make it up as she wants all of her customers to be 100% satisfied. I accepted her offer and went in on 5/5 I was extremely happy with my results. Now that's a FIVE STAR COMPANY! I appreciate her ethics. I appreciate the owner reaching out to me and when I met her she was extremely professional and apologized for my experience. She defiantly prides her business on 100% costumer satisfaction. read more

My girl Kelly is the truth. Every time I come in and ask for something, I get exactly that, well of course she puts her own twist on it. Moving from the bay area it took me a while to find the right person to do my nails the way I like them. My husband and I have been here a couple of times and the inside isn't the nicest but the service is great! The ladies are sweet and don't sit there talking in their language and looking at you. Also super great with pedicures! Hopefully they can update the inside soon. read more

I'm all about a good review. But unfortunately this place doesn't deserve it. The lady who sits in the first chair is extremely nice and does great work BUT the 3 others I've had my nails done by I've had not the best experiences with. 1 Lady did decent work but when it came time to pay she jacked the price of my nail work up by ten dollars. I asked for 1 nail on each had to have the diamonds and she said $5 a nail which is comparable to any design so that was fair enough. WRONG when it came time to pay she said $10 a nail which mad it $20 for some stupid diamonds. Uhhhh nice bait and switch. The other two nail techs were garbage. My nails look like crap and one even cut me. Pretty bad. Then her and three ladies started laughing like it was so funny. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Never felt so disrespected in a nail salon in my life. And we ALL know they talk about us but this was next level. Plus my nails look like little round bubblegums. I came in with super long nails and asked the girl to cut them back. She cut a very small amount so I said just a little more please. And then she cut 3/4 of my nails off. It seriously was the worst experience. Don't go! Save your money and fingers. read more

On 7/10/21 4 of us walked in after calling in and someone telling us over the phone that they were available for us. They were not ready for us. We waited outside for about 5-10 minutes. A red hair worker attended me for my pedicure. She was very rude and in a rush. She was constantly checking her phone while "assisting" me. She kept speaking in her language while doing my nails, her attitude was nasty and she was basically throwing a tantrum that I wanted a basic pedicure. A spa pedicure and no gel. She didn't even wash my feet and wipe them down thoroughly. She basically mixed the water, lotion and whatever oil they use for the "massage." Horrible place ever! I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money to come here. I don't usually review shops but this one was a must!!! Do not come here! read more

Went here with the wife. I got a manicure and she got her nails "did." My wife goes goes here regularly. When I arrived I waited for a very short moment until I was sat down. The service was great and the staff members were very friendly. They are fast and efficient. Minus one star because the manicure did not include a buff/polish. But they do include a nice hand massage at the end. If I could I would rate a 4.5 stars. I will return and recommend. They accept card, but they prefer cash. read more

I have gone here for years but they have gone down hill. I ended up getting a nail fungus the last time I went and am now losing my fingernail. They don't clean their equipment properly. They lady that did my eyebrows the same day also butchered them. I have now switched shops. Updating this because I have now lost 2 nails due to their lack of cleanliness read more

Don't get me wrong, they do a good job and are very friendly but the prices turns me off. The salon doesn't even turn on their air conditioning for the customers on a hot day or even an inviting interior. Most salons in Lathrop charges a grip for a basic haircut and that's not right.

However, each of my last few visits have had small issues that, if they happened only once, I could have ignored. But, I can't really ignore the small issues anymore. I am not a confrontational person, so no, I did not say anything each time something happened because it felt nitpicky, until I realized that something was happening during every recent visit consistently. And overall, my experiences were still pretty good. One of the first times there was an issue with unprofessionalism it was something that made me uncomfortable. I once overheard the blonde lady, that's worked there for a long time, talking badly about someone's body that she had just given a Brazilian wax to. So, I noted to myself, to never get waxed there. The last several massages I've had there have been with the same person. And she's actually great. But some things have happened during my massages that have cut into my ability to relax. Every single massage for at least the last year, she has brought in what sounded like a metal container with iced water? And she repeatedly will refill a water bottle loudly during my massage with iced water and then constantly stop the massage to loudly drink from it with the ice in the metal bottle or cup clinking around. I have never seen what it is, because I am face down during the massage but that's what it sounds like. Multiple times I can hear this masseuse and have also caught other masseuses here texting or doing things on their phones during my massage. Let me preface this next one with, I am actually 420 friendly.... However, I am 99% sure during my most recent massage, she was hitting a vape. I smelled it MULTIPLE times during my massage. Normally doesn't bother me out in the real world... but during my massage??!! Also, when I walked in for my most recent massage, the owner, was who let me in. I said Hello, good morning to her. No response. Another thing worth noting is, their neighbors have LOUD barking dogs. I understand the spa cannot help this. But you can and will hear it during your massage. Something changed here. I am sad to have to go elsewhere.

what is this world coming to-eeek-im a almost 70 r. old senior citizen and a neighbor to this salon-ive going to this salon just this last year-usually my experiances of pedis-nail and face wax was good-but like alot of complaints the pricing-possible bait and swithch,price gouging or theses such additional fees? is very questionable-i ve witness the cash register customer question this and usually resulted in customers disgustinly walking out or having to argue with the usual cashier...i wish i would of read the reviews of the scarlets,cindys, juanita ,freddys, sophias,karens and more concerns -because it would of saved me last week- from not only a call to the police as advised a e.r. visit and to call to the state board(in progress) from a very very very most abrasive /expensive whole face wax that not only burned ,swelled- mostly on the eyelids and peeling of the skin and itching that would give anyone sleepless nites-ugh ! and the expenses of over $2oo - including the price of my salon appt-im still trying to wrap my head around this experiance-i always had the same tech and she was usually very good-so it was pretty confusing and shocking-however,when i arrived for my appt- last week- i did walk into a havoc atomosphere with the raging and ranting about someone had complained about the salon practices of some kind-was my treatment instructed in retaliation of someones complaint?coulld it be some type of racism because of- im a different race, im old? ! just dont get it-ive always tip well-paid w/o complaining-and always recommended them-i could continue with more of this experiance for its pretty burned in my brain and i cant stop thinking about it! no-no-no - i wont be returning to this salon and it would be almost criminal for me to recommend them because of this experiance.... read more

I have visited Divine Nails & Spa approximately five times within the past year. Over time, I have come to realize that the prices seem to be consistently high. Unfortunately, my gel manicures and pedicures at this establishment have not been satisfactory as my nails tend to peel within a few days, making it impossible for them to last a full week. Elaine, the manager, exhibits an unpleasant demeanor, particularly in the way she communicates with her employees. Additionally, she rushes for payment before the services are even completed. The nail technicians themselves also display rudeness, as I once requested not to receive a massage due to my ticklishness, but they were unaware that I understand Vietnamese. During my most recent visit, one of the technicians was heard complaining to her co-workers about me possibly not tipping her because I declined the massage. I want to clarify that I do indeed tip for services rendered, including that particular visit. read more

I went to Devine Nail & Spa yesterday for a Mani, Deluxe Pedicure and Eyebrows arched. Let me just say that T.T. gave me the Best Pedicure Ever. Sandy did my Manicure and I failed to get the Technician name who arched, but all 3 Technicians did a good job and was really sweet. The Owner Mandy was Awesome and they used all the necessary procedures to lower the risk at spreading or receiving the Coronavirus . Service was so Amazing a took my Husband back the following day, so he could enjoy a Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure.... It felt so good to him, until he slept through the entire process. . Hi I walked in on a Sunday afternoon 8/11/2019. I was greeted asked what I needed and was told a 20 min. wait. Clearly I could see they were busy. I stayed .The place is clean and has a nice calming atmosphere. I had a simple pedicure and It was done by Tete(not sure how she spells it) I have been to a salon out in Brentwood and it did not even come close to the fabulous pedi I got here. Divine Nails is a great place to get any type of manicure or pedicure. The shop is very clean and the the pedicure baths are kept very sanitary and they have been using the plastic inserts. Vi did a new set for me and has recently done a fill. I had absolutely no lifting. I am extremely harsh on my nails, and they stayed beautiful. Everyone in there is very pleasant and friendly.
