I had a pedicure and fill done by Kim. Pedicure was good. She was thorough with the cleaning. Shellac paint job was fine. But the fill was the WORST fill I've ever had. She honestly cannot do acrylics. If the young girl or the man do not have time, I wouldn't waste your money on getting acrylics done by the woman who I'm assuming is the mom. She filled them and then filed all of the powder off on the sides so I asked her to fill them again. She blamed it on my shape for over filing (I have a slight coffin shape). I knew that they would lift and they have. I can pop at least 3 of them off right now, but I'm trying to keep them on for a few more days. I also had one repair and it looks like a dang talon. So curved and crooked. The top coat skipped so parts of the nails aren't sealed all the way. I think she knew it wasn't good so my total was $60 for a shellac pedi and shellac fill. read more

I'm in town for a wedding and needed my nails done. Looked on yelp and there's a lot of salons around here. Chose this place since I'm staying in a hotel across the street. Long is amazing! I was able to get my nails done right away and he did a great job. Most salons I've went to, they take awhile to do my nails. Long did them quick and did a good job. Another thing that bothers me when I go to salons, is when the employees talk to each other in their language and makes you feel uncomfortable. Long did not. This is the only place that I've ever been to that I felt Comfortable and happy with the end result. My nails are longer than I'm used to, but they look good. The staff is extremely friendly and they have very sweet hearts BUT that does not make up for the horrible service! The fill was quick but the paint job is terrible!!! I came here 2 days ago and my gel polish is coming off?!? Which has never happen to me before. The pedicure is hand soap with a brush it was $50 for full and pedi so you get what you pay for. Went to this place a couple days ago for a fill. The guy who did my nails was very rough. Felt like he wasn't into doing my nails and I felt rushed. I told him about how my fingers are so small and thin that most of the time I end up getting cut when getting my nails done. He continued to be rough. The polish job he did was bad. Didn't even get the whole nail and the gel polish he put on top was even worse. I told him how I found his nail shop on yelp and he complained about some lady giving him a bad review. Just went to Forever Nails today to get a fill. My appt was at 2pm and I sat right down and Kim started on my nails while Mary was finishing another woman. Mary filled, filed and painted them and they are beautiful. They are very friendly there, they don't cross talk at all, the shop is nothing fancy, but it is clean. Went here because I was in town and needed my nails done. I have real nails and I like to get a gel manicure. Here they don't have gel polish like gelish or shellac. They lay down a gel base coat, put on a standard polish, and the top off with a gel base coat. The standard polish colors are mainly pink and rose colors and ugly corals and oranges. They don't have any selection as far as darker shades go. And the brands of polish here I have never heard of, you won't find OPI here. The removal of my former polish was rough. He left the sander on too long and burned my finger. He then succumbed and went the traditional route of foil and acetone. He bashed on my prior nail polish and said it wasn't good for my nails because it was hard to remove. When it was all said and done I swiped my own card because he couldn't be bothered with the task. I did not feel welcome here and couldn't stand the kid constantly coming over and sticking his nose in. Don't expect a massage or washing your hands after the manicure. The cuticles are not tidied here either. This place is a Soviet version of a nail salon, no frills, no comfort, cheap materials, and someone always watching you. read more

I stopped going to Forever nails when the salon moved next door to a smaller space. It is tucked in a corner now awkwardly which calls into question safety with drug addicts and homeless hanging out nearby. The inside of the salon decor-wise was always sparse but really went downhill in the move. I just don't feel relaxed here or enjoy having my nails done anymore. read more

My first time going here. I asked for a fill.. I received butchered nails. They mixed the old color with the new color because they were to lazy to removed old color. After 1 hour and 40 min of sitting, i still received tore up nails. I had left over fill on sides of my nails, they were not even at all. The place is run down, it feels like you are in the 70's. Everything is old. Needless to say, I got my nails fixed the next day and I was happy. Although the older couple that works there are nice and sweet, they still need to do a better job on the nails.
