I have been receiving nail service in the St Augustine area for almost two years and I have never and I mean NEVER had two let alone one nail break. On 2 May, requested a full set with SNS and was serviced by the pregnant lady, sits in the front right station (I don't know her name). Although I wasn't pleased with her professionalism, tone and energy, I gave her grace due to her pregnancy. Within a week of my service, notice the polish and finishing coming off on the sides and tips. On 14 May, the tip of my indent finger nail started with a crack on the side and eventually broke. I did not hit my hand or finger on anything... On 16 May, I returned for a nail repair and the pregnant lady rendered the service. She tried to convince me that it's been two weeks or maybe you hit your hand. I kindly interrupted and stated, "stop, please stop", as I felt my intelligence was insulted. Not only did she put the nail crooked, she did not match the chrome properly. She had a justification for every damn thing. She stated, "oh, your nail will not look the same because it's a new nail". Really?!?! I politely said thank you and walked out. On 29 May, my middle finger nail broke at the tip, similar to my indent finger nail. I understand I'm within my 30 day window but no one can convince me that nail salon is not using low quality/ cheap material. I have my appointment with BEN at Polish Nails in the Murabella Shopping as that is my primary nail tech. They are slightly expensive but my nails last up to 6 weeks with incidents. Again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Such a fun and bright red for the holiday season. The chairs are so great because I can push it forward enough and do not need a pillow behind me to make up for my short legs. Th e massage chair is so great! My tech today was The Anh Chau. He uses a modified piece that your ankle sits in so he doesn't have to bend over so much and it helps me because he can really see what needs to be done on the bottom of one's feet way easier. He did such a great job teaching me about my ingrown and to make sure I get it worked on every visit and not just when it hurts.

There are a few TV's, one plays music and another is their promotions TV, which shows the same things on repeat. The place is small so sometimes the smells are overwhelming. All in all, it is ok. I will be trying another place after this last pedicure though. Some of my nails were crooked and my skin was filed, again.

The bathroom has extra toiletries available and real cloth wash cloths to dry your hands. The massage room is a good temperature with soft music, appropriate lighting, and a heated table.
