Absolutely love this place. Everyone is great but Diane is my absolute favorite. She is meticulous and don't get me started on the deep tissue massage she gives with my pedicures and manicures - sometimes I go just for this. The tech rushed through the entire process and left glue and polish all over my fingers. One nail was chipped before I even left. Very disappointed with this place. My daughter and I went for a pedicure and manicure and we sat waiting in the chairs until the water turned cold. My nail tech was rough and my toenails looked terrible when he was done. Part of the nails didn't have polish and there was polish on my skin. The second coat and top coat covered even less and there are bumps. I didn't end up getting my manicure because they looked so bad. I wish I would have read the reviews before spending money here. Since that first visit they are the ONLY salon I'll go to now. First of all it's beautiful inside. Everything is clean and new. The staff are just awesome. Mimi is my favorite technician. She does a phenomenal job on my nails!! Since going there I haven't had 1 issue. The pedicure chairs are the best! The massage feature is so wonderful. I get the royal pedicure with the hot stone massage. After working all week and dealing with people and problems and just every day nonsense this place is my escape. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My 16 year-old daughter went in to get her nails done by John and it was AWFUL! He had done two of her nails when she stopped him and told him that they didn't look like the picture that she showed him at the beginning and asked that he redo them. He had the audacity to ask her why she didn't tell him sooner...so what when just one nail had been done??? Then he told her no he wouldn't fix them. She stood her ground and told him yes you need to fix them because that's not what I asked for. He started speaking Vietnamese and my daughter asked him what he said and he told her he said that she was crazy. Are you serious? He's the OWNER! Coming from a family of successful business owners we were outraged to hear how he treated her in our absence as we have been going here since they opened and have spent thousands of dollars at their nail salon. She said despite how horribly he treated her she even thanked him at the end and he ignored her..and she still tipped him! She was humiliated and in tears with how disrespectfully he treated her. This was my second visit. I thought I would give them another chance for my pedicure. Mistake! First one was a deluxe pedicure for about $40 and she was awful. I don't believe she knew what she was doing! This time it was a basic spa pedicure $28 bucks and he didn't trim my cuticles or file my nails or massage....basically it was a toe polish. Avoid this place! I went for a pedicure. after picking my polish, I was motioned to the chair, I sat, no greeting, just "Are you getting your nails done too?" I said "no, thank you" that was the only thing said. She pointed when she wanted my feet moved in and out of the water. I was never offer a beverage. Super quick process, not relaxing, she was rough about her movements. The lotion was a tiny squeeze on each leg and a couple rubs on my leg, nothing on my feet. No "massage". When polishing, she made mistakes and poked and dragged a pointed wood stick to remove mistakes, it hurt! When finished she told me to go sit at dryer station. No, thank you, etc. I sat there. After 7 minutes, I went to the reception desk to pay. The guy saw me, yet continued to talk to another employee, she motioned at me to him, he looked at me, continued conversation, then looked at me and told me to put my cc card in the card reader. Then turned back around. Never said a total, or anything else. I stood there after machine said "remove card". I thought he would offer a receipt, or say something, anything, nope. The other employee he had been chatting with finally looked at me and said "have a good day". Ok....BYE! Lastly- got out of my car at 3:40, back in at 4:10. This includes arrival, pick out polish, pedicure, dryer time (7 minutes) waiting on the guy to check me out and get back in my car. What a joke! read more

The he proceeds to tell me I had to get grl polish. I told him I didn't want the gel, he said well I'm charging you for it, so I said no sir. The customer sitting next to me having her nails done by MiMi (Jon's wife) tried to explain to Jon, how can you charge for a service she hasn't had done and don't want. Jon got very loud and stood up telling me well let's go to the back. So we go to another station where he finished painting my nails. I told him in all the years I've gotten my nails done never have I encountered such disrespect. I asked him for the owner name and he refused said he is the manager! I always wait months before checking out a new business, they had 8 workers and I went around 3:30 and had to wait 30 min till they could get to me. (Waiting wasn't a big deal I brought a book to read.) honestly the 3 stars comes from the roughness of the lady who did my pedicure. She legit took her fist and banged my shins up and down with it. It was excellent except for the fact that they treated me and my aunt like we were horrible people. Me and my aunt went and she told them no coffin nails when I was getting sns acrylic nails for the first time and they proceeded giving them to me knowing that I wouldn't say a word. They took advantage of me and were obvious about it. At the end the man that was taking our 110$ and 20$ tip said "so mommy is going to pay for your coffin shape?" And my aunt said no actually I am her aunt. I had no idea what they were saying because I was just lucky to be spending time with my beloved aunt and it was my first time getting acrylic nails. Had a not so good experience on New Year's Eve though: Had two ladies, one did my mani (not even cut my nails evenly) and the other did my pedi (broke the skin of my toe). Read reviews and needed a new nail place So I figured why not try them out. The first time I liked my nails that Mimi did, except that a top coat for gel nails was put on my sns set so it peeled off on a few nails and I had to go back earlier than I planned to get a new set done. I normally can go a month without having to get a new set as I don't use my hands in ways that could chip or damage or cause stress to my nails easily. Second time I told Mimi the issue and she did it again on both mine and my sisters nails saying that this type of top coat should be used and just must have not dried enough! So in a week my sisters nails were chipped and peeled and mine were peeling too. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt hoping it was a simple mistake so I went back for a third time. (again within less than two weeks time) This time another nail technician did my nails and told me he didn't know why a gel nail polish top coat was used on an sns set because it would peel and cause the nails to chip or break from it. I had faith thinking finally I would have nice nails that last for than two weeks. It hasn't been two days and I looked at my nails and saw they had little cracks all over the sns when I press on my nail and my real nails are detaching from the sns on the corners! They shouldn't do that!!! So either they are using bad product or are just bad and applying sns nails correctly! My policy is three strikes and I'm done, so I will not be returning the Omaze nails because they did not amaze me at all. It's a very nice group of people and clean salon, however I can't spend $45-$50 every two weeks on my nails! Especially if they will start to look bad within a weeks time. Waste of money!!!! read more
