Overall, I paid upfront and sent video of my apartment. I was told no problem! One worker came and did the absolute BARE MINIMUM... stalling on hours and did the amount of work I could have done myself in 1 hour. I spoke with owner and send videos (Nathalie) and she agreed, telling me she will come and finish it herself nicely without cost. Which sounded extremely kind!! I was very happy with this. Unfortunately, she saw 2 drawers of medicine and herbs and thought that was adequate enough for the work her employee did. Please keep in mind, we put the clothes away before her arrival. I am happy to share a video of the apartment of when she left and show the little "work" that was done if anyone wants to see, just comment and I'll send! She will claim I never sent photos or videos but I have proof of all my Detailed communication and her empty promises. Happy to share. As "nice" as she sounds, she ghosted me, never showed up for said appointment and demanded I pay her AGAIN after not even doing nearly enough work. Claimed I didn't show her enough of the boxes in a video.. perhaps 3 were not present. The apartment was FAR worse when her employee left and I got stuck with a huge bill that she won't refund. Now that I read the reviews I see that that is not the case and that she has not taken accountability. Supposedly she has video of before and afters. I challenge Natalie to show me one before and afters of anything she accomplished at my apartment. Considering I paid two people $83 an hour for 6 hours totaling $1,000 and got very little are actually nothing considering they left the job about a quarter of a way done. Because I have plenty of before and afters of what she did not do. I'm a minimalist that works on decluttering all of the time. Because of my ADHD I do not keep stuff. I do not have knick-knacks. I have a couple of plants and keep it very simple. Only have clothes that fit etc etc. Let's start with the bathroom. These people did absolutely positively nothing in my bathroom except make it worse much worse. I could not walk in there because my floor was covered in things that they took from the closets into the bathroom but never did the bathroom. The vanity had tubes of antibiotic cream in the sink. Hair supplies, Makeup, mirror, etc. right on the floor. I could walk in the bathroom before they came and I could not when they left. They left three brooms, two dust bands and two mops, most of which we agreed that I needed to get rid of in my hallway of my again very small apartment. One of the dustpans filled with sand from sweeping out the closets. Four out of 12 cabinets were done in my kitchen. No drawers. Almost no work was done in my kitchen but somebody took the time to take an oversized toaster oven off of a microwave stand onto the SMALL kitchen counter and put a decorative plate on the microwave stand. Then next to the giant toaster oven they created a coffee staging area with some fancy tea , Splenda a couple mugs. I'm at a loss. Why are we moving around appliances onto the counter and creating coffee stations? I don't even drink coffee and e're supposed to be organizing and nothing else. Not to mention I was sold on "clutter-free surface". Two closets which they did a semi good job on but weren't very bad and I do have before and afters to prove that. Other than The closet nothing at all was done in my bedroom. Nothing at all was done in my living room. I have a 750 square foot apartment. It took TWO people SIX hours to organize two minimally messy closets, one pantry with almost no food in the first place and four kitchen cabinets. They left me with everything in disarray and told me they would be back IN A WEEK to work at their leisure and I keep paying. I sent Natalie an email about my disappointment with her service. She called me and said she was going to come on our schedule day which would have been today at no charge. The same day I texted her about getting more labels in the pantry. She still hasn't replied. So yesterday I texted to let her know I had taken the entire day off to help her. I had to reach out to her to confirm even though she has assistants that make $83 an hour, nobody could call and tell me that she wasn't going to be showing up. I literally took the day off. Now she claims to have covid. I don't find her to be an honest person so I don't necessarily believe it. But who knows. Covid or no covid. Especially when your assistant makes $83 an hour. I took the day off to help her. She requires that you pay before she comes so that you don't waste her time. But her wasting your time I guess is fine. My place is in disarray and definitely it was a complete waste of $1,000. Still suffering from the same problems I was suffering from before. No organization underneath my sinks on top of my furniture, cleaning supplies left out everywhere etc etc. That's my problem. They did not take care of any of it. When something was mentioned about going over and having to come back again, I told them as a person with ADHD I was not going to know where to take over if they left me partially completed. Natalie's assistant assured me (lied to me) and I will quote her. Don't worry about anything. We've got this. We've got you. Natalie said don't worry about anything. If we do have to leave and come back, we'll do it in a very convenient spot. I don't know who this was convenient for. And her first available appointment to come back was in a week. How is that possibly convenient,? $1,000? I don't know how you can leave somebody that called you to help organize their home in worse disarray than it was when you started. I'm just at a complete loss. I'm so disappointed, this person stole from me. She literally victimized me. I have other information, copies of text, emails, etc. But apparently I'm too wordy. If I want to write a review, this is all I can do.

So, we received an offer that was okay and the buyer offered a separate check for a generous amount that we couldn't refuse. If we could have used any of the furniture or decor, believe me we would have had it sent to our NH house but I love this house as well and there simply is no room here to fit in another piece of furnishings or decor. Our condo was beautifully done by a decorator who worked with us when we purchased it unfinished (that is hard to do!). So, with that, we needed help in getting all personal belongings from our condo packed up and sent to our NH residence. Imagine Home Organization was right there for us every step of the way. The project went off without a hitch and we are happily at home in NH surrounded by ALL of the things that matter to us. Imagine's personnel were all very knowledgeable and very pleasant -- and eager to do a good job for us. They did, and I would definitely use their services again if we had the need. However, I am not moving again until I don't need to take anything with me except my engagement ring and my wedding band. Having said that, I highly recommend this very nice business.
