Andy and his team recently took on the task of helping me prepare my parents home for listing on the market. They had both become suddenly incapacitated and unable to live in their home. It was a very difficult task with a huge time pressure placed on myself for clearing out their property while preserving memories and their dignity. I was given Andy's name and he showed up that afternoon and we had a plan set in no time. He helped me and my only sibling not only work through the process and was instrumental in helping us deal with a lot of the emotional stress that is involved in that sort of sudden loss. We needed to move my Mom out of her home at Brookdale Sr Living and into hospice. Andy and Elise came to meet with us the very day we called and arranged to move all the items out of both her house and her senior living apartment. They removed everything, found homes for recyclable or reusable items, and gave everything a professional deep clean. They brought a professional team. They gave us a great price and we were very happy with their work ethic, their promptness, and the quality of the work! We were faced with cleaning out our father's residence in Bradenton while we all lived in Pennsylvania. We were fortunate to find Downsizeology who was able to help us quickly and they did an amazing job of removing truck loads of furniture, electronics, tools, paint and boxes. The residence with 11 rooms and two outbuildings was loaded. Andy and his team were able to remove the items on schedule and left the residence cleaner than it had been in some time. Andy, his wife, and their crew did a great job for us in our recent move. They were prompt, very efficient, and careful with our belongings. Ours was a lateral move not downsizing. These people are absolutely fabulous, Andy and his crew moved my Mom and Dad to a smaller apartment in Florida. He was even able to get a few things that we thought would be too large out of the old house and into the new and they fit perfectly. It only took one day to pack and move all their goods, and once moved they even stayed to unpack and took away all the boxes and paper. The ladies on the crew even made up their bed for them so they could sleep in the new place that night.
