I am constantly seeing one run stop signs or cut someone off. Today was my last straw. While at the gas station, my sister was walking through the parking lot to the gas station while I pump gas and Taxi Car 110 backed out of a parking spot so fast and crazy, that if my sister had not jumped out of the way, the car would've hit her. The company needs to reevaluate who they have driving their vehicles and representing their company.

I can't express enough how disappointed and unprofessional this company is! 2 days prior to…read moreneeding the service, I spoke to the mother / owner, she assigned her daughter to handle the drive. I confirmed with both the mother and daughter the day before and provided the flight details and asked where my stepson should meet the driver. I STRESSED that it was imperative that everything be handled in advance (including what the cost would be and how they would prefer to be paid), because it was a family funeral that he had to attend. On the morning of the arrival, the daughter didn't show for the pickup and wouldn't answer her phone! The mom answered and said she would try and reach her and then she also wouldn't answer our calls either. Finally, later in the day they responded and gave us the excuse the ride had been canceled. A complete lie and excuse for the unprofessionalism and incompetence! I strongly urge everyone to use a different service and not allow City Gal to ruin your plans!
