Had my kitchen totally remodeled by Kitchenland 2 years ago, new cabinets, quartz countertops and…read moreappliances.The calk is cracking horribly everywhere it was applied.I was told house settled by them but my house was built in 1962 and I looked it up, they don't settle that long. The calk is hard and they used an incorrect type of calk.Should have used silicone.They only have a 1 year guarantee I was told. I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use.There is no way the calk should look like this already.They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. Kitchenland is an upstanding good company and came to the rescue.Thanks so very much!

I told them we need it as soon as possible and was told by Shawn which carpet I can choose that was in their warehouse or distribution center and can be here 4/14 and then installed some days later. On 4/14, I never got a call that the carpet came. I called the owner on 4/15 and was told that carpet won't be there for another week. (I was the one to call and ask about it) I totally understand, shipping problems happen and it's out of your hands sometimes. I kindly told him that unfortunately I would like to cancel my order since I needed something quicker and asked for a refund. (Was able to buy nice quality carpet at Menards and get installed a day later for a cheaper price) A week later on 4/22, I hadn't received the refund so I reached out again and asked if he had refunded my card, which he said he did. By 4/28, still no refund. So I called Square app, the app that was used to pay the business and was told that yes the refund was requested on 4/22.....a week after I initially canceled my order and after I kept calling to ask about it. Overall, poor communication, over promises and under deliver, (they will tell you that there's a problem with installers and are weeks out with work, please call around first).
