I agreed to take the truck to Mike and was promised that the truck would be ready no more than two days. Signcomm did an amazing job with my signs - from the permitting to the installation, everything was smooth as could be! The best part? They told me my awning would be ready on such and such date, but they actually finished it over a week early and had it installed even before they had originally said it would be done! And it gets better.... While they were installing the awning, I realized that I never ordered a wall sign that I needed for the inside of my restaurant. I asked them if they could produce the custom logo sign that I needed within a few weeks, and they produced it in just a week! For FIVE days in a row, I called and texted every day and was repeatedly told it would be done "today." According to the front desk, Lucy was very busy and in production meetings. This review is mainly regarding Lucy's customer service. She never answered my calls, never returned my calls despite me leaving at least four messages with the receptionist, never responded to my texts, and ultimately never provided the quote. Today, the receptionist, Ivette, left a message for the manager, Chris, to call me back. I will update this review if the situation is resolved.
