Felt like after the last few experiences with Jimmy I should update my review. I had a poster presentation for my graduation on a Sunday and my initial order from the recommended website was going to be late and would have arrived on Monday. We are sure Jim can do a great job but we will never know because he doesn't answer nor return calls. He screen calls and never responds to emails. We stay out of town so we have an out of town area code, but when the assistant calls from a local number he answers. We sent our packaging to him, but never heard from him on the next step to proceed. I think he should be better at his customer service skills. read more
