The birth chart is one fantastic way to do this, but it can get overwhelming doing it yourself especially as a beginner. Serendipitously, I came across Britten's website (thanks Google!) and I was immediately drawn to her writing style - which I would describe as the perfect balance of lucidity and poetry. I initially booked an Astral Integration session (3 hours total), to which I ended up adding an extra hour of recording, and I'm currently in the middle of my Transformation package (6 hours total). In addition, I'm also invested in her Seasonal Teachings, which are 4+ hours of 'transmission-style' recordings discussing the archetype of particular signs of the season (eg. Libra archetype for late September to late October), as well as a week-by-week breakdown of the planetary transits. As you can clearly deduce, I love working with her! I would argue it's one of the best decision I've ever made. Here are some of the reasons why. The multi-session structure of her readings worked particularly well for me. Rather than 1-hour readings, which is the norm for birth chart readings, she splits her reading into three separate parts: initial discussion, a recording of your birth chart reading which you can listen to deeply in your own privacy at your own pace, then a final follow up discussion to discuss how the reading resonates with you. The whole experience felt like a journey. It allowed me room and time to reflect on the wisdom she imparted on aspects of my chart and how I can usher in the deepest transformations.
