When I was there a lady told me that the Benadryl I was giving her (that wasn't working) to keep giving to her and the next appointment if it still wasn't working to tell them and they would give her allergy medicine. Her allergies are much worse now and the desk worker told me that they can't do anything about it and how I needed to set a different appointment beforehand. While they didn't tell me that the last appointment before and it was my first time there. Then proceeded to tell me the doctor I saw is out till Thursday and will leave a paper note on her desk so she can decide if I need to come back for another appointment just to get MEDICINE. Also while I was there I asked if they could trim her nails and did a horrible job. Some other of her nails are split and others are chipped.

While I was picking my dog up, there was an unattended dog elevated to be cut with a harness around its neck with no one beside him... easily able to hang himself. They also claim to be able to service elderly dogs and dogs with special needs but unable to dry my dog because he can't stand for 30 minutes on an elevated table.

Moreover, the time that it takes to be seen (with a appointment made already) or to pick up our pet is GROSSLY and INEXCUSABLY ABUSIVE , without the regard of their customer's time , has been the experience the last 3 times. They aren't short staffed, they seem to have this air of " Whatever " and ZERO concern about getting the led out . Very aggravating if you have other things to do . We found Penny's. This place was amazing!! The owner, I think her name is Barbara, was so kind and truly pampered our fur baby. She actually sat in her bed with her to comfort her and even read to her! Edna's room was comfortable and sunny and had relaxing music playing.
